Now a days, I do your workouts for mental health. I feel depressed to the point I don't want to leave my bed. But somehow, when I do your workout I feel so much better! the only thing I need to focus on right now is eating healthier.

True doing a workout will help. Just came out of an depression. Just take your time and remember that jou don't need to do it all in one time. Instead of liging in bed try to sit in front of a window with a blanket or something. Daylight can help.

True for me too. I have officially been off of antidepressants for a year now and shed 50 lbs thanks to lifting. I will probably be going to the gym for the rest of my life. Working out helps sooo much

Great job on spreading the Now. I remember a book you had next to your bed on your bedtime routine. It was Eckhart Tolle's Power of Now book. I still watch many of his reminders of how to stay in the present. Thanks you also for the reminder because the body and mind are all connected. Stay happy and healthy.

i really disagree with the concept of trying to change a sad/"negative" thought to a "positive" one. you need to allow yourself to experience your entire range of emotions and thoughts. if you dont process them, they dont suddenly go away. youre just forcing toxic positivity when youre body really needs you to take time to yourself to grieve or feel whatever you feel.
