Nice session. I've doing home yoga for ~1year. Mostly Yoga With Adriene. Recently been looking for others instructors to completement. Each have different poses and variations, it does enrich my practice.

Perfect vinyasa video gets all key poses in - including my favorite balancing poses. 40 minutes of a perfect flow routine combines stretching, strengthening all perfectly timed. I never felt rushed or too slowed down. Voice instruction and demonstration awesome! I will be tuning in and I am lucky to have found your channel! Thank you!

Thank you Jessica🙏 Loved the length and slower pace of this session, giving enough time to really feel the stretch. Really enjoyed the star poses and the heart openers.... I found this session challenging for balance and strength, especially pre-menstrually - giving me things to work towards. But the longer restorative sequences in the second half helped balance out the challenge. Love your work Jessica 🌟

Excellent class! Thank you! I like the longer classes 40-60 minutes, as it gives enough time to do a full body stretch and strength without having to rush. And after practicing yoga for three years, this is the first time I've had Puppy Pose explained so well - I was doing it wrong this whole time! Now I know why it used to hurt so much. I love your soft, soothing voice, very calming and centreing, and your instruction is conscise and precise. I also like the balancing poses to build strength. Awesome class! Thanks

Thanks Jessica, what a beautiful flow. Still can’t do the warrior III but now that I know more poses, I can modify it. I HAVE SERIOUS BALANCE ISSUES. I work on balance as much as I can, without getting too down. Balance issues that really can’t be too blamed on my weight or age, but my feet have issues. 🙏
