January 10, day 5: I LOVE hip workouts. had some trouble keeping my balance in some of the exercises, but I'm feeling great. At the beginning I felt a little pain from the stretch but as the workout progressed the pain stopped. Also, my back was hurting before starting and now it's not, so I'll definitely do this one again. Keep going ❤

This is great, but definitely not knee friendly... I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and have limited ROM in it, there are 3 exercises here that cause pain and strain on my bad knee. That deep squat at the end is impossible.
