The worst 'combination' nutshot I ever saw was on BJ Surhoff of the Brewers sometime in the early 90's. They were playing the Blue Jays and Surhoff was catching. He took one in the nads, went down, got up and finished the inning. Unfortunately, he batted first in the next inning and took a deflected curve ball right up Main Street for his second nutshot in five minutes. Every guy watching that must have been crossing his legs. Ouch.

When I played in youth league in my teens, in one game our catcher took one there. It broke the cup!!!! He was screeeeaaammiing! We knew it would hurt but couldn’t understand why the nonstop screaming.....till he was able to reach in his pants and pull out the two HALVES of the cup! Split the cup down the middle from a missed fastball. I was at shortstop and I still feel that nutshot to this day.

Yeah once I was bouncing a ball against the wall and one time I didn’t catch it, then it hit the floor and then it bounced up and hit me there. I tried to make it stop hurting by falling to the floor and holding them. Once, my brother and I were playing soccer, he kicked the ball very hard, and it hit me in the you know what part. But it didn’t even hurt.
