Dude, when I eat spam, I eat like a slice or two alongside my 6 eggs. I basically do the contrary as you do, feeling guilty to eat that much sodium! Nonetheless cooked spam on rice with eggs is definitely a classic. Now for the eggs, let me give you my method as I feel they're gonna be your most favorite eggs ever (and the easiest). 1- Pre-heat the pan medium for 3-4 good minutes with a millimeter of oil in the pan. Your goal is to have this oil very hot, but not smoking hot, so medium for 3 minutes is perfect. Scramble the eggs while it's pre-heating and season the eggs. When the pan is hot, pour the eggs in and don't touch. If it doesn't make a "cooling down" noise when you pour the eggs, pan wasn't hot enough. Leave the eggs like that 1-2 minutes, then scramble. If you done it well, you're gonna have an incredible flavor from the bottom Maillard reaction. Don't overcook! Note: For seasoning the eggs, I don't even put salt.. I just use Oyster sauce (the good ol' Panda brand). Trust me, you'll want to eat more than 6 eggs when cooked like that! Plus it's way better for your body in the long run, lot more nutrition in an egg than in a slice of spam!

Bro, please answer these questions. 1- when was the last time you checked your blood pressure? And what was that reading? 2 - Have you ever gone to a functional medicine practitioner? I asked the first question because you're eating a huge amount of sodium (especially in that huge soy sauce spill, but also the way you marinated the chicken, and the goddamn pizza). Maybe you sweat it all out and you're fine, or maybe it'll screw you over in the long run. I asked the second question because if you take a blood test with a normal doctor, you're likely doing to be told ''all your numbers are in the normal range''. But the ''normal range'' is the average range for people aged 20 - 60! A functional medicine practitioner will alert you if any of your numbers are ''normal'' for a 35 or 40 year old, but NOT normal for a 28 year old. I get that with your activity levels and metabolism it's easy to eat the way you do and not ''see'' any negative side-effects because you're not getting fat; but you might be damaging your body in ways that will be invisible for years.

Veganism has many flaws that you have to research in order to work around them . I'm not a vegan but I m pretty sure there are vegan supplements for this purpose. Look into protein quality (leucine in eggs is superior to protein from beans or plants in general) , the connection between cholesterol and animal fats and joint recovery, and perhaps some amino acids because a vegan diet lacks that. Vitamin B supplement as well. Or you can literally eat 2-5 eggs a day and be covered
