I like how the strength and conditioning 2-3 times a week was an afterthought at the end lol. Like, "Oh yeah, I also go to the gym 2-3x a week and lift weights too." Most people consider themselves healthy/active if they make it to the gym 3x a week, and that was just a tiny fraction of the weekly training regiment. Just goes to show the level of discipline high level MMA fighters have, (and he finds time to put together these videos?!), amazing.

I just eat one large piece of meat ( 5-15 dollars that I ration out all week with a side of ramen without any discipline because it's all I can afford. I go to the gym 6 out of 7 days if I'm not working doing heavy lifting which often I am and I'll still go to the gym if my family wants to. I usually eat the ramen at the gym and I get all kinds of weird looks but everybody knows I'm not adding a whole lot of size because I'm eating ramen. When I'm done with meat it's time to boil whatever's leftover for soup. Actually hit the gym everyday though it's part of my routine. It actually made me angry to see how much he eats I'm very very very jealous. One thing I'm not jealous of is an undressed sweet potato. I lie that's making me so hungry right now I want an undressed sweet potato please! I'm not going hungry but I feel like i actually eat as much as I can on my finances ... But I'm buying a new living place right now and one-third of all the food money I have goes to Future rations. I'm trying to heal up and go back to work I broke a couple bones but I always eat like this the money that I save on food I use to purchase future rations ... that's the whole thing man I'm really mad I think that the elitist on both sides of the government are always stealing our money making us poor ... I have alcoholics in the family and I'm sad and I take care of them sometimes but I've never had enough money to drink or do drugs so also don't look like it I'm actually pretty good looking. Ironically I'm still trying to build physically so I'm not trying to cut as much but finances keep it kind of low. when my balance heal I'll be back at work but I'll be doing the same thing. I don't have an intelligence or study problem or hard-working problem I usually do heavy lifting jobs sometimes others and have some college but it's all in helping and ministry and I'm not afraid to say ministry because I think if you want to get in trouble and life you should honestly but if you do I don't think that you should be a liar about it I think you should still say positive things think you should do positive things but if you ever try to get in trouble I think you should always stay extremely positive and good I think everyone should do that so it's not that I don't like fun or money. I appreciate his discipline too I think he's got a lot of good style and a lot of discipline and a lot of pizzaz and finesse but I'm also a little jealous at the same time to me that looks pretty good. I have a lot of food stored though to survive civilian style mre. I guess he's doing well. Good for him. I wonder if he's rich or just investing in his physical. I'm honestly always thankful for any food or any fitness and last I checked my BP was 110 over 60, I bet his is better.

Dude, I am not even nearly your level and I have been following your channel for quite some time. I know you are a great fighter. Just a minor remark, if you'll allow, you might want to pay attention to bringing your left hand back to your chin after the jab while working on the heavy bag. It is always coming back too low, opening your chin for a counter hook. This is the type of stuff that shows up in fights when your drained if it's not fully automatic by then. Love your content, best of luck ahead.

Hi Jeff are you weight sessions mini sessions at a lesser intensity. I really have trouble doing weights and being in any stage to spar that day or the next. So I normally do Monday running intervals and bag work of which is normally 1 minute intervals with 1 min recovery and after that I do 5 x 3 min 20 sec on 20 sec off on hands on the bag (taken from one of your videos) Tuesday I do a full upper weight session Wednesday is 3 x 5 minute running intervals with 2 30 recovery I normally do some plyo before the intervals Thursday I spar and do drills, Friday is bag work normally 12 x 2 minute rounds of varied techniques and tactics that night I do a mini upper session of 1 chest 2 back 1 shoulder exercise Saturday is leg day in the gym and Sunday is off. This is the most balanced I can get. I know as a pro you have more time to get the training in and recover, but I am struggling to get more technique in and keep my fitness. Thanks man loving the videos.

I know this is old and all, and that you probably do .... But can we get a left hook to the liver more often? You're so good at crushing them into (infighting) boxing range, so many opportunities for the LH.

Love the vids and the channel! Longtime watcher! Just my two cents, i think you should really look into improving your running form if you're running for longer durations 3-4x times a week! This is coming from someone that consistantly runs 50-75km a week, and is just based on the little clip i saw :-) Anyways, keep smashing bro! You rock!
