Push-ups are an amazing exercise for moms especially with little ones that spend many hours during the day holding their children. It’s important to keep our upper body, wrists and core strong as we use our body physically everyday with our kids.
Push-ups means simply to lift our own body weight but this movement does not need to be done in full form, doing modified push-ups on the knees is just as beneficial.
