Hi Maryam, you are getting so close! Those feelings are so uncomfortable, and all normal towards this phase of the pregnancy. If it feels right for your body keep walking and light stretching for circulation to help ease the swelling.

Thank you for these exercises. For the lunch exercise, how do we keep our pelvis position? Posterior pelvic tilt or anterior pelvic tilt? Should we do a hip hinge or a little squat? if we do hip hinge we cannot do posterior pelvic tilt? Thank

Great exercise video 👍I love using my yoga ball during pregnancy. Cute belly, it's ready to pop 😍 Looks like ur almost ready for birth. Do you like feeling the baby moving¿ mine gets very active when I work out. Ur belly button popped too. They pop out when we're almost ready!
