Okay I happened to stumble upon Monika's channel while doing my regular workouts on KZbin. And boy how soothing are the videos!! I love the rhythm and the workouts give you a sense of flow. Kudos and looking forward to trying more workouts from you!! ❤️

I did it in the morning and really enjoyed it! 💛 Thank you so much, Monika! 🥰 it was so soothing and relaxing! Perfect set for the day! I always stretch after working out, but now doing it in the morning I realised I'm not that flexible as I thought 😅 hahaha 😂 Will practice more ❤️

Excellent routin. I suggest to show a view of the move or pose from side in the same time as you show the move or pose from front. It will be more helpful to learn move or pose for viewers. Thank you in advance.

That was amazing! I was in a car accident 2 months ago and while I had minimal injuries (minor arm burns from the airbags, soreness) it still wreaked havoc on my usual working out, then the holidays hit, blah blah blah, and suddenly it’s been 8 weeks since my usual 4-5 day a week workout routine. This was just what I needed!!!! It felt ah-mazing. Thank you thank you thank you! I feel inspired and energized! 🙌🙌💯😃

9:11 Why am I unable to do exercise number 9 and 10? 😢 My knees hurt so bad and I can't balance in that position.

It’s hard! Try putting something softer or folding the Matt under your knees, check out a yoga video for this position, hip flexor openers, there are a lot subtle cues that can really help with your stability. Hope this helps and it’s a really great exercise if you keep practicing.
