That was amazing! I was in a car accident 2 months ago and while I had minimal injuries (minor arm burns from the airbags, soreness) it still wreaked havoc on my usual working out, then the holidays hit, blah blah blah, and suddenly it’s been 8 weeks since my usual 4-5 day a week workout routine. 9:11 Why am I unable to do exercise number 9 and 10? 😢 My knees hurt so bad and I can't balance in that position.

It’s hard! Try putting something softer or folding the Matt under your knees, check out a yoga video for this position, hip flexor openers, there are a lot subtle cues that can really help with your stability. Hope this helps and it’s a really great exercise if you keep practicing.
