Thank you for all the 10-15 minute workouts! It's so much more sustainable for me to do shorter workouts more times a week than hardcore ones a couple times.

Thank you Monika for your workout vids. I've been avoiding doing workouts because I feel bad about myself afterwards since I can't follow everything. But yours is quite easy and my body doesn't hurt afterwards! Keep it up!

Great workout, just wondering, isn't two of the exercises a bit asymmetrical as we don't do it on both sides?

Yes they are similar but the main exercise was holding the warrior pose so I did two different things on each side to make it less boring ☺️

Hi, there is no special exercises to gain weight. Gaining weight is about your diet, you have to eat more calories than you burn through exercise. So you can use these exercises and any of my other workout but you have to increase the amount of food you eat in a day
