Monika, I appreciate you so much. Your emphasis on feel good movements and feeling happy has truly helped me through my depression lows. When I feel like I can't do anything, I tune into one of your videos and by the time I'm done I feel a little better. That's a lot for someone who suffers from depression every winter and can sometimes not get out of bed. Your morning workouts and walking workouts have been a light in this tunnel. I planned to do 5 minutes exercise today but because of your videos I just managed 25 minutes straight after not exercising in forever. You make the exercises really easy to do by breaking them up into sections. It feels like you save the hardest ones til last too so we succeed. Thankyou

Struggle after a hit and run 11 years ago due to lot of injuries in legs, ok now apart from not being flexible , muscles in legs are weak where I lost half the back of my left leg due to blood clot, my balance not good at all , having physio at the moment while doing ur exercises and feeling good and also achy but proves it’s working.thank u 😊

Loved this. Fun music to get the body moving. Paired it with full body one from previous day for a longer weekend workout. I Always start with your “do this every morning wakeup” one which has that right music to get me going. Going to repeat on Sunday too.

Excellent workout! Beginner friendly, simple movements not requiring complicated coordination. Because you are standing throughout, you can do it pretty much everywhere, even in a tiny room. Subscribed. This will be one of my daily go-to morning workouts.

As a person who is stuck in her house for almost 2 yrs, I cant even do jumping jacks for 30secs without feeling out of breath. I searched for many workout vids to follow but my body just cannot adhere to their routines.
