I am a PCOS fighter. I struggle a lot on how to loss weight. Everytime I try to work out it makes me so tired that I cannot do it the other day, the effects of pain makes me stop to do my goal. PCOS fighter here as well. We can and will lose this weight, once we keep showing up for us 💚💪🏾 240 down 25lbs. Diet does matter, a whole lot than I'd like to say cause I love me some pizza and sweets but once we get past that, the weight starts to move. I also take a few supplements to help with the hormones, inflammation and energy. But that is not a one size fits all, so find what works for you and forget the rest. May your journey be successful in all you desire 💚🫂
