I am a PCOS fighter. I struggle a lot on how to loss weight. Everytime I try to work out it makes me so tired that I cannot do it the other day, the effects of pain makes me stop to do my goal. But in your channel makes me inspired and enjoy working out... Thank you very much Lovies for posting this. It helps me a lot . May you receive more blessings and may your channel go places. PCOS fighter here as well. We can and will lose this weight, once we keep showing up for us 💚💪🏾 240 down 25lbs. Diet does matter, a whole lot than I'd like to say cause I love me some pizza and sweets but once we get past that, the weight starts to move. I also take a few supplements to help with the hormones, inflammation and energy. But that is not a one size fits all, so find what works for you and forget the rest. May your journey be successful in all you desire 💚🫂

I did this one again today, even though I’m not a fan of repeats. So on the second round, I just did slower and smaller movements, and I got through the whole thing!

I need to get back to moving my body more often. To actually get my heart pumping, this did the trick, but a sweet gentle finish so I don’t feel like I’m dying! Definitely a mood booster 🎉

I'm 18 (girl) My weight is 65 Height 154 Please help me I'm doing do many exercises like your 10 minutes mood boost +10 minutes upper body exercise of emi wong+10 minutes another upper body strech,, it's been a week but I can't see any change that's why I'm feeling quite demotivated and feels like i should quite cuz nothing working😢please help me i also do intermittent fasting i also try to eat healthy food bit nothing's working,,,please suggest some videos which really work for me😢😢
