I've been following you for a few years now and the moment I saw your devastating announcement, I think on Intagamm is where it was, I realized how fragile health can be...even for someone in a condition like you were (and are back in). Before that I thought - yeah, easy to say or do that for someone like you - not even considering what you might have been through to that point. I hear the same thing all the time: "It's old age" This is cause of being in pain with joint problems etc. What has old age got to do with you taking control of your life and making changes? You can do it at any time. It's not old age, it's attitude.
