MK1 is an incredible game. I'm 38 and play mostly online though, so there's that caveat. The sad part about all this, is that there are many SUPER talented people working on this game. Their work really comes through. WB has really come in and ruined the good will of its widespread casual fanbase with the crazy microtransactions. While I don't personally care now as an adult with a decent job, this nonsense would have really gotten to me as a young person just playing the content for fun. The fact that you can't earn meaningful currency just playing online matches leads me to believe WB knows players like me don't care about skins and fatalities, so they're more than okay putting the best "cosmetic" stuff being a paywall. I think that trolling reviews are silly though. The game may not be everyone's cup of tea, but that doesn't mean it's not good. And just because WB is being greedy, doesn't mean it wasn't made with love. The art of Ed Boon and John Tobias has been a staple in my life since Mortal Monday, FOR REAL. Fuck Warner Bros. But I'm always gone ride for Boon and his team.

I understand the combo hate. Mk9 basically let you make up your own combos, mkx input was comfortable but you almost never repeated animations during a combo. This one feels like they leaned into juggle spam as a meta, if you don't block the opener you might as well put the controller down for the next 15 seconds

The PC version is buns, but it's not locked at 30fps. Not sure what version that person played lol. You literally have to do a fps stability check before hopping online, so the game can calibrate the best settings for your hardware. Maybe his setup can only do 30fps, that's the only thing that I can think of that would have them locked at 30.

Cutscenes in the PC version were originally locked at 30 fps until they were patched. It led to inconsistency in frame rates between fight sequences and fight scenes and jarring transitions.

The thing with the Halloween fatality is it also comes with a thanksgiving and Christmas fatality too so it’s not just 10 dollars for 1 fatality I still think it’s an outrageous price 5 or 6 dollarsfor 3 makes more sense to me but it’s not just one fatality

It should released on January 26, 2024 6. It should have Closed Beta Test, and Open Beta Test 7. number 14th newcomer and 36th character should be the main antagonist 8. Sonya, Kitana, Jax, Kano, Kabal, Smoke, Geras and 12 newcomers all should have their own chapter in MK12 story mode

I have come to the conclusion that if you don't feel like learning a combo online you're done for because it is quite literally a wash rinse repeat of everyone doing the same combos they find on TikTok and makes the game feel more like a task of remembering combos for characters that you'll have to go against which sucks because in the MKX and somewhat MK11 you would see some crazy creative combos now it's just people coping and pasting other people's combos and NetherRealm is honestly doing little to nothing to make the underplayed players fun (Sub Zero, Tanya, Nitara, And Rain) because they will get out damaged by a Raiden or a Baraka which makes a lot of the community shift to that player unless they are diehard fans for a character. Story was good until they put u in the section explaining the realm loops and invasions honestly feels like a task especially if there is nothing desirable you want in it and are only doing it for the XP for the character unlocks. And the microtransaction complaints are well deserved because $10 for a skin that was in the story that should have been a story unlock is crazy. realistically I'd say that the game is a 4/10 and that's just me trying to be nice and bias to my favorite fighting game franchise.

idk about the 30FPS thing because last i checked you can lock it at 60 FPS. but he is right at the PC Port being kinda terrible. Way laggier with wifi's than Console and command inputs from what ive been told are a lil jank but hey most fighting games start with jank inputs lol. P.S. Omni-Man is fucking fire but i think a few of his normals need a buff like Forward 3 (its weirdly unsafe since its his only low hitting move other than crouch attacks) 2nd P.S. I like how most of the complaints were just micro transactions (in which are PRETTY SKETCH NGL) but the game does just feel half-baked and idk what its missing

Mastering, level up,Invasions and sometimes the daily/weekly tasks But also keep in mind, the store rotates like it did in the last game. So technically youre supposed to save your earnings for the premium only items which are marked. KZbinrs want you to believe ALL have to be bought, they dont.

I love this game. Combos are a blast!... but when you can do 30 hit combos that takes over half your life and you can only do a combo breaker if your special meter is full three bars. That almost breaks the game. Technically, you can get caught twice in these heavy combos and you're dead. They need to make the combo breaker use one or two bars on the special instead of all three bars. That would help even the game out in my opinion.

I reviewed this game on my podcast welcome to mkusa in my opinion its 7 / 10 The story is soild even tho i dont like the alternate timeline stuff to much of that going on in games , movies etc im having fun online i have a 60+ wins, i dont like invasion, king of the hill , and rank , they need to do something with that and towers and everything else is fun i dont agree with 1 out of 10 ratings i think they just hating or just not good at the game
