Let's be honest, your push-up challenge was awesome and now you're topping it with your Squad challenge 🔝We don't even want to talk about the wal sit, they really got the most out of me I found the combination to be excellent again. What I also like about this video is that you can repeat it over and over again and change the weights individually. 👋👍 Now all we need is an abs challenge😂 I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's hit😅

I did the walk squats with 40lbs weight it was a killer. The wall squats was murder but I loved it. Great work boss. I determine to push through. Thank you boss appreciate you. 😊

He’s doing ten reps of the exercise and then you rest for whatever time is left on the timer.
