That made him seem epic but he hardly beat (or flat out lost against) the main threat (Raditz, Vegeta, Ginyu, Frieza, Android19, Cell, Majin Vegeta, Buuhan...and I barely count Kid Buu as a win because he technically cheated.) However in Super, the only two (for lack of better terms) "bad guys" he fought was Frieza and Zamas and in both situations, he lost. He may have killed Frieza but it definitely didn't feel like a win and it was late game. He beat Copy Vegeta but it was only because of Monaka stepping on the crystal. It was also filler. Goku did beat Hit in a fight but Hit killed Goku earlier in that mini filler arc.

Goku didn't start the T.O.P. Champa did when he started the universe six vs seven tournament and Zeno saw & enjoyed it. Then Zeno decided to create a tornament of his own. I would pick the japanese version any day of the week. But some people like the anime dubbed, some don't. It really doesn't matter how we enjoy dragon ball. Listen, about the tingly back thing. It may be based off of a real thing but that doesn't necessarily mean that it's good in a series like this. You can give me the explanation but I still fucking hate it. yeah ki also came from real life martial arts and so did ultra instinct based on a state of mind descirbed by Bruce lee dragon ball takes alot from real life and the shows has had multiple ways to achive super saiyan intense emotion goku and vegeta being naturally talented and raising your ki as high and rapidly as possible while tensing the muscles like trunks and goten which is basically what caulifa did and cabba achived it the goku and vegata method threw rage

You do know that saiyans from universe 6 evolved differently than goku, vegeta and the rest of the saiyans right? Its actually explained in something toriyama wrote some time ago about the saiyans having "S-Cells" the more good a person is the better chance they will turn into a super saiyan and even super saiyan god. This makes sense as to why we never saw anyone from planet vegeta turn super saiyan. Also, S-Cells can be inherited, hence why goten and trunks easily transformed into a super saiyan. The saiyans from universe 6 are mostly good since they work to stop criminals, which is why Cabba, Caulifla and kale were able to easily turn super saiyan, because they have a good amount of S-Cells.
