At 75 I can do all Except for the Lunge. I would not be able to pull myself out of that as I would be stuck. For 20 year's I have the larger ball. I like the idea of using it behind the back against the wall. Thank You for doing these video's and sharing them.

Hard for me to do bridges due to lower back spinal stenosis. Also, can’t do squats because my right knee cap is on the lateral side of my leg after knee replacement years ago😮!

I need help. I had a severe sciatica event. First time ever. I didn’t really feel it in my back, it was So bad in my lower leg and piraformis. It’s been 5 days and it’s still hurting, but not as bad. But now my foot is tingling and numbing. Is this normal??? Will it go away? They want me to take gabapentin is that normal?

If you don’t appreciate how this is presented, get lost! I personally enjoy their humour! There are many exercise channels. Being RUDE to these physiotherapist shows your lack of character.
