I am a computer programmer, so ... I spend the entire day in front of the computer. I tried all sorts of exercises to help with the back pain I had for years. Some worked a bit, others didn't work at all. But this video right here was the answer. I know I sound like an evangelist, but for me this cured my back pain. This is why I became more keen on learning about animal flow. The other moves are ok for my body, of course ... but this clip is perfect for my back. Thank you, from Romania! :)

I'm really happy to hear you have found some relief from your pain 🤍 It's not "animal flow" but the intuition and intention that YOU have brought to this work with your body. Amazing!

Your workouts completely changed my life. I have compacted cervical discs in my neck and was under the impression the only way I could stay fit was through high impact cardio. Your videos provided me with an amazing sweat session, full body stretch, and strength, as well as deep meditative breathing. Thank you so much for making such a positive impact on my life. I am forever grateful.

I started watching animal/primal flow videos about 5 months ago, and this is by far the BEST basic warmup/intro to movement routine I've seen. This is one to return to (and offers what the others I no longer watch miss). Many thanks.

THIS WAS FANTASTIC ! I just found it by accident and gave it a whirl -- now I'm just soooo happy to have found it because it is gentle enough for me to adapt to my lower level but gives me something to work up to. I've always been drawn to and admirative of the break dance moves and the strength and agility they require. I laugh to myself imagining that I could almost break dance if I can master this flow !! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

Beautiful flow and great instructions! Conditioning the wrists is an ongoing process and IMO should be part of an everyday movement practice that will allow your body to go through workouts like these free of pain.
