@@hannah08658 I've been doing three workouts a week and I am feeling stronger, I also been checking more what I eat daily and taking better care of myself. I can see changes in my body, I feel less bloated and more energized during the day, I do them before work like 7 AM. Highly recommended☺

I've been doing her videos for 4 or 5 weeks now and just tried this one rofl I think I pulled my entire crotch muscle tendon whatever on the side plank leg raise. Omfg. Im 5'10 and 190 lbs. Im dead. Girl gunna have me walking side to side like Ariana grande. And honestly I'm not mad. Rofl I love Nicole.

I have never in my life enjoyed exercise. I'm autistic and have adhd. I've always struggled not only to be engaged but to enjoy the workout itself. Until now. THANKYOU Nicole for all you do. I've never in my life enjoyed moving my body, feeling my strength grow and sticking to it. Nicole, you don’t know how much of a big role you’ve played into healing my body and mental health. Dealing with an eating disorder, i used to label exercise as some sort of punishment that i ought to put my body through. But since i found your workouts i fell in love with moving my body in order to release stress and of course keeping it healthy. I won’t mention a lot about the visible changes i’ve seen in my body but of course, as I’ve been constantly doing these workouts for over a year now, i look and feel amazing. I always recommend your channel when i get the chance, I’ve done your workouts along with my friends. I can’t thank you enough for sharing this content, you’ve bring peace and health into my life, and probably into the life of many others. I hope you’re aware that your work is a blessing! Not everyone can’t afford pilates classes all the time, you are a great instructor and you make it fun. I just realized this as i’m in rush and i’ve just finished this workout, lol, i thought to myself “what would i do without her videos????!” bless you!

Thank you for the ab contraction variations where you don’t actually do a full crunch! I’m pregnant, so I’m not supposed to do full crunches, so it’s really nice to not have to pause and try to figure out if I can do an exercise movement in a modified way; you just tell me how! I also appreciate these very short workouts, since I’m very tired and out of breath and nauseous these days 😂

I am a powerlifter who max is 210 at a 170 body weight... but this gave me one of THE BEST quad pumps I have had in a while, I normally do 185 for reps of 8 but this was somehow harder then that. I will definitely be back to do more :)

I felt this everywhere!! I thought that I was working out doing abs and legs exercises properly. But dang!! Pilates does humble you. I had to rest a few times on the legs portion. The abs and the side planks weren’t that bad but I felt it so bad. My whole body feels so much better after a few minutes. Feels like I can get back to actually feeling better at working out. Thank you! I will do this everyday and challenge myself to finishing the whole workout without resting. Btw if anyone is wondering, I am currently trying to get back into shape after two back to back pregnancies. It’s been 15 months postpartum. I will update y’all on my journey. I will actually do this workout everyday. Current weight: 165lbs 08/29/2024 5”2’

I have tried following along to many different videos for yoga/pilates and when I came across your playlist, I knew yours were the ones for me. I love how calm you talk us through each move into the next and the calming music is the best. I feel so strong and empowered after each video. I never ever enjoy workouts and u actually enjoyed this!!! I wasn’t able to finish because it was actually quite hard and I had also done a workout prior to this but I will definitely keep doing these and try to finish it!!! Day 2: I finished it!! Definitely was a bit harder at the end but I did it Day 3: definitely still difficult but I actually see myself looking forward to working out and my form has gotten better Day 4: some of the workouts are feeling easier and I OVERALL FEEL BETTER

Day 7 of Pilates complete!!!🤗💘I’m doing 30 days of Move with Nicole Pilates videos, I try to get in 45 mins of Pilates every day. Today I did a 30 min video and ended it with this 15 minute one. I have never done Pilates before but I do have a background in strength and flexibility but as a beginner I still DEFINITELY struggle sometimes which I actually enjoy because I know my strength is increasing!!! So wish me luck everyone I’m already seeing changes in my appearance 💗(oh also I’m doing some light strength training with dumbbells a few times per week)

I started doing pilates four days ago, my legs feel absolutely wrecked but also super awesome, I've noticed that pilates seems to be a bit heavy on lower-body workouts so I'm going to find something else (like weights or something idk) for upper body. i have a very hectic schedule for a couple of months now due to long working hours but i still am able to get in some exercises due to your videos, even if it is just 15 minutes! the best part about your workouts for me is how you guide inhaling and exhaling incorporating breathwork that helps with my mental health as well! even just doing 15-minute workouts almost everyday for a month now has left me feeling so much stronger and with increased muscle definition

Day 1: hurt a little but wasnt that bad Day 2: burns more than yesterday 😮💨 but still not horrible, super sweaty tho! Day 3: realllyyy felt the burn in my legs today but it's worth it 🔥 Day 4: really was breathing heavy today! Day 5: my legs were burninggg during the lunges Day 6: feels like my legs are getting stronger! Day 7: my butt was burningggg Day 8: donee Day 9: had to take a 30 second break doing lunges bc my legs were burning so bad!! but i did it Day 10: doneee Day 11: doneee Day 12: doneee Day 13: doneee Day 14: 2 weeks done!! 🎉 im going to stop updating daily but i will be continuing to do these exercises and will come back with an update in a month! UPDATE: okay it's been a little over a month! I'm sorry to disappoint, but i haven't seen a drastic change so far. My legs feel stronger, but I think my body looks the same as when I started. Also the workout itself is still pretty difficult. I'd say if you're aiming for a month, keep at it! Maybe do it twice a day for faster results 🤷🏼♀️ (I do it once a day)
