Today's exercise is an At Home Muffin Top Workout.
⁣⁣⠀
➡️ This workout is going to help target your lower back and core, especially your lower abdominal section.

Finally, get rid of some of that unwanted fat in those areas from home.

I really like this one, it’s a standing workout but it feels like it gets your whole body involved really well. Also I loved the music only third set.

I love working out to these videos. Can I make one suggestion. When you do ones like this and there is a 3rd set could you make it so there is a little pause between the exercises it doesn’t give you anytime between each one. A few seconds would be great. Thanks for the workouts. I’m 60 and love them. .

Hi, I am new here and have fibrimyalgia. I did this workout and more or less kept up but on the 3rd windmill my upper leg muscles at the back cramped up a lot, for me is was the speed perhaps. Any ideas anyone on how l could modify it ?

Hey! 😀 No worries! You can always modify the exercise by slowing down the movement, stepping instead of jumping, holding onto the wall or a chair for balance, using water bottles instead of weights, or simply swap out the exercise for one that’s easier on your body! However, I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program. The workouts can be performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level. As long as you’re moving, you’re making progress!

You can feel free to omit or substitute any ingredients that don’t fit your needs. @@MeredithShirkandSvelteTraining Hello again, thanks so much for the advice and sign posting Mr to the subs list. It's fantastic, l didn't even see it before. That will make the next 9 days more manageable. Where l ljve in quiet town in Italy. No strawberries, raspberries or blackberries anyway. They tend to only offer what is in season with certain fruits. Which is a good things but limits choice. Thanks again for your quick response .
