This full body pilates routine is perfect for when you only have 30 minutes but want a whole body workout that leaves you feeling amazing! This is a beginner/intermediate level class, and I’ll provide modifications for all intermediate exercises. We’ll be down on our mats the entire class, and no props are needed… just you and your mat!
We’ll strengthen, lengthen and tone our muscles, while finding a wide range of movement and mobility. Pilates is a whole body movement system that connects body to breath, with a focus on core strength and stability, control, coordination, and flexibility. So, after each class, you should feel both strong and mobile. It’s an amazing feeling!
