I moved out of the city last year and it has helped me manage my stress levels tremendously. I really think we are products of our environment. Just wanted to share that with everyone in case anyone had flexibility to do that and know that it has helped me.

Oh wow, super cool. I would’ve definitely thought you would say your number one stress management trip would’ve been working out or jumping rope 😭😭 this looks like a super cool device. I just hate buying anything online because I just never know if I need to return it how reliable it is I go to Best Buy to get a lot of appliances and stuff like that

Hi thanks for your review, I have one more question regarding the gel. Do you know if I need to apply the gel every time or is it possible to use the device without the gel as I have reacted to gels with redness in the past.

I believe the gel is sold separately so I don’t think it’s necessary but I could be mistaken. I would look on the website and if you can’t find me answer email customer support. Let me know if you have a hard time and I can see what I can find out for you.
