Being out of the musical world for a long time now and due to family problems, I was forced to distance myself from following those musicians I love and who manage to make a difference with very little, but who, in some cases, are the ones who manage to hit the mark and thanks to their mastery of knowing how to do everything, like King Midas, the one who, whatever he touched, managed to turn it into gold. This is the case of my friend Jay Parmar, an excellent musician, superfine, who always manages to surprise me in everything, with his music and with his craftsmanship. I love his guitars, created by him, thanks to his hands, soul and heart 🙏🏻

The new studio looks great Jay! Love how all the guitars are out to see! That's my favorite. This last Christmas I finally got a Focusrite Solo and 2 Presonus 4.5 monitor speakers. They are not the most expensive but they sound great for my playing. I also bought the Neural Soldano DSP plugin to use with this set up. I've really been enjoying playing my guitars now more and even getting use to using Reaper to record some tracks. Still playing around with that as this is all new to me. Can't wait to see some new videos from your studio! Would be cool to see a video or 2 on how you go about recording tracks, adjusting & layering them, etc...

Nice! I'd love to hear your Randall with Brahma module go up against your amps. I still say that the Brahma was THE absolute best Randall Friedman collaboration and it sounds as good as my 2204. It's got the mojo.

I think his RM100 has been his best sounding amp he has. The others are good, but his RM100 is magical! I've been telling Jay for years he needs to sell me that one. Just over 2 years ago my best friend from school git back in touch with me. Found out he lives 5 minutes away now. Anyways... he has a RM100 as well and his was the first time I've plugged into one. I was right... they do sound awesome! Now I just need to get myself one!

@@jeffallen3382 I have a Lynch Box and i bought it with 3 modules for about 1100$ years back. Now, they sell empty for that. RM prices are reasonable though but yes, for Marshall mods especially, Randall had gotten it right. I rock the hell out of my Brahma. It is my go to.

That'd be interesting to do. I love the tone of the Brahma. But, I know from using my JP69 custom 69 plexi that it does sound better then the randall - purer circuit and custom transformers. The randall does sound good though 😊 Have an awesome day!

Hello from Vermont! The studio is looking great. You gave me a lot of ideas for my basement setup. How did you attach the tiles to the ceiling?

Thakns man! Awesome that it gave you some ideas 😊 I attached the tiles on the ceiling with contact adhesive spray. I sprayed the tile then the ceiling, waited 10 secs and then the tiles just stayed on. Have an awesome day!
