There are prob AMG styled axel back exhaust you can get for cheap. You just need to make a cut out for the quad tailpipes. They prob got a used E500 4Matic trunk lid from another E500 which happens to have the same paint color as your current. Highly suspect the car might have been rear ended.

do an xpipe and secondary cat delete, if you remove the mufflers it will drone really bad you will hate the sound. just keep mufflers and change everything else, unless of couse you put amg mufflers on

4 magic means you could change gears manually by tapping the gear shift to the left thru 4 gears

All models of W211 including E500 and E550 are showing up at my local junkyards. That means cheap parts.
