Train hard and be kind! Great mantra - who could not love that? Lengthy, but quality summary of what it means to be committed! Commitment involves pain. Commitment involves sacrifice. The concept of commitment itself is absent in societies globally, not just in those in the West. Because commitment especially involves self-denial in an age of global Hedonism. At some point it cannot be disputed that self-denial feels good, even in the most painful moments. Well said. Well documented, depicted, demonstrated ... all of it. God bless you brother, and God bless all who are on this track. Never quit at any worldly cost! The pain is worth it. We reap what we sow. Nothing more, nothing less.

Super inspirational video brother. I was at 225 in April and wanted to start losing weight but then I had an Achilles rupture while doing Muay Thai. I started lifting weights to motivate myself and now I’m 215, I know I could’ve lost more but until now did not understand the type of commitment I needed to have until I watched this video. I had those hungry nights just as you were describing but always found a way to convince myself that I need to eat and that this pain I’m feeling isn’t good which lead to binge eating. So now I know what I need to do thanks to you, it’s a journey but I feel inspired to keep going at this. I want to be able to just wear shorts and shoes just like you hahah. Keep at the videos man your a beast bro.

That reminds me when I first lost weight. 3 months of spartan discipline with food. And insane amounts of working out. But I was COMMITTED to looking closer to Arnold Schwarzenegger. I'm still on that journey 😂 but I got closer. Taught me positive visualisation. Arnold and greats teach this in their books. Once you have a vision the process just becomes WORK to achieve it. You do what it takes. Love ❤

Avoid anything with sucralose or artificial sweetners. Check ingredients as its in protein shakes, bars, yogurts, pre workout, energy drinks. Eat natural stuff. Sugar is better than sweetners as you can burn it off.

There is merit to what you're saying as far as your transformation and fighting the hunger pains etc. However, what is also important is self compassion and working with systems not will power to achieve lasting changes. Also, while looking a certain way is a part of the goal, feeling should be emphasized more than how you want to look - loving yourself isn't skin deep, while looking good is a part of the process, whats more important is learning to love who you are with your imperfections and also emphasizing character.

haha thats how it goes my bro. i actually skinny and look really thin in clothes but when i peel out its all shredd. lol. try to observe crossfitters my bro. they are in really good shape, most of them are ripped and muscular and they eat a pretty good diet given with how much they eat. but the work intensity has to be there. my background is actually physical labor on ships and home construction. at that time i was eating breakfast lunch and diner while working 12-15 hours and doing a bunch of bodyweight workouts and i was a little bigger while maintaing abs and not starving. only drawback was i taking a lot of preworkout
