I love this video. Dr Chaffee please interview me, I've been living with MS since 1996. Today is my 175th day eating carnivore. My improvements are so remarkable. 2025 is going to be my year. I believe I will be out of the my wheelchair and walking again. I would like to tell my amazing story to those that need some inspiration.

@@Mat-hh6hj People are incredibly stubborn about their believes. There are videos on how to approach them. So they don't skip into defense mode right away and become open... But it's difficult for me, to me it feels like a personal rejection.

Pennie you got this. I got the same sugar problem as you. Drop the dairy girl…… you’ve replaced one drug for another. 😂

I had the same opinion. I wouldn't get fat, so I could eat whatever I want. As a bodybuilder I could eat a lot. Then I found diabetes 😂. Carnivore 14 months now. Feeling great.

🦁carnivore here. I have severe autoimmune illnesses. No weight problems, except for the years with steroid therapy. No therapy could cure me. Going keto was stressful to me due to all the mixed information about food & the constant glucose monitoring. Like i said before, after listening to Dr. Chaffee & to other carnivore experts I started carnivore as a low allergenic diet. I went to just beef & water. In the beginning 3 meals a day with ~500 grams beef each. After two weeks OMAD (one meal a day) with 800 grams meat & butter/lard. That's it. Nearly all improvements i hoped for set in. But just small changes in my allergies. Surprisingly I lost problems i wasn't aware of, like sleep, mental clarity, full healthy hair, no more glasses, no sun burns, no soreness after training, no cravings what soever. Weightloss stopped at my ideal weight. I've got lots of free time because of less energy needed for shopping, preparing & cooking. That's lot stress & cost reducing.

Very interested in carnivore and neurological issues. I have a degenerative neurological condition which is genetic and very rare and in the past was frequently misdiagnosed as MS due to the similarity of many symptoms. Have been on a 95% carnivore diet since my 59th birthday and am 64 now. Although I am not skiing down mountains and running marathons like I did in the past I am sure that with patience I can manage my condition. No dramatic improvements yet but definitely noticed some progress in other areas which were probably very metabolically deranged after so many years on the high carb low fat food pyramid diet. This was a great and inspiring video and best of luck to this lady who has done so well!

For best results, you have to do the meat and water only thing. Cheese (dairy of any kind - including raw versions), Coffee and spices are all super toxic. - There's a reason Dr. Chaffee puts so much emphasis on it. I hope nobody takes it as criticism and more as advice: I don't have eczema (thank god) however my dad does, and he's a great test subject to watch, because he's had it his entire life, quite hectically. When he eats 100% clean, just water, beef, bacon, egg yolks and lamb (granted our local pigs are clean, free to roam eating decent food and not mass farmed) he has zero eczema, totally clear hands, no wounds. however, he's done some tests to see what he can and can't eat and this is how its gone for the fella: As soon as he drinks even just a sip of froth from a cappuccino, within 20 minutes he has little white blisters forming on his hands, they go through their cycle of turning into wounds, healing and finally disappearing if he stays clean, which will take another 3 weeks until his hands are totally healed - 1 sip of froth infused with coffee = 3 weeks of torture. Now imagine 1 cup of coffee per day, you're never getting to the end of those 3 weeks... continuing for those enthusiastic on reading: Chocolate does the same thing to the same severity as coffee, probably because both are ultra bitter toxic beans. The same goes for eating 1 sausage with spice and preservatives in it, but the healing process is a little quicker, it takes about 2 weeks to go through its cycle. - In South Africa we eat pork sausage, beef sausage and a mix of both (boerewors) all of which, usually contain a bucket load of spice and preservatives. The same thing goes for eating biltong, (our better version of jerky) which is cured with at the very least, coriander, pepper and salt, at the worst add another hand full of different spices, then it gets some sort of preserving agent, usually vinegar but most of the time mixed with potassium sorbate - ultra toxic preservative and this will do the exact same thing to my dads hands as the sausages, and also take about the same amount of time to clear up. If he eats dairy, of any kind from milk to yoghurt, kefir or cheese, it will trigger the same eczema response within 20 minutes, but the cycle for it to completely heal up will only take about a week, the blisters don't turn into such severe wounds as compared to spice, preservative or coffee. Keep in mind, this is for raw unprocessed dairy without preservatives too. For context, my dad is as blond haired and blue eyed as they come, and so if anybody should be "evolved enough" to be eating dairy, it should be him, yet. eish this is not the case. So he's slowly come to find, in his own words: "when Dr. Chaffee says people with auto-immune diseases really need to try and stick to water and meat, to make sure they have as little symptoms as possible or possibly none at all, he really isn't joking." For people without auto-immune diseases, you might get away with cheeky nonsense, but those with actual real world auto-immune diseases, there is zero margin for 'tolerance'. I've typed this out, for that random person who has an auto-immune disease, who reads this and actually implements it for themselves, good luck and Godspeed. - it will make a massive difference. Cut everything out that does not serve you. I hope you heal up, I've seen the difference it makes in someones life, it truly cannot be matched.

I had chronic IBS and had to take Imodium every day. Life generally sucked. I've been carnivore for over four years now and have not taken it once! I don't eat grass fed anything, just any meat, eggs, butter, fish etc. Absolutely life changing. No more high blood pressure or meds. No longer obese. At 56 years old I can out hike guys half my age.

Has for me but I don't eat liver. Only took a week to get fat adapted for me. Butter is the best along with beef and lamb. Try a few different things as I did. Chicken and fish is not nutrient dense enough for me and I feel weak but as soon as I ate lamb it's like my whole body went YES GIVE ME MORE!!! We all learn so much on our individual journeys.
