Can confirm, holding a hummingbird is one of the most surreal experiences I’ve ever had. The poor bird kept flying in circles and falling onto the ground, so I got a medicine dropper, filled it with sugar water, and put it up to the hummingbird’s beak. I’d never realized that when a hummingbird drinks, it’s tongue actually shoots out to collect the nectar. It was so cool to see. Once it got a drink, it flew away perfectly fine. I still can’t believe I had that experience though, it was insane.

So about the projects bit, when I was still in school, I tend to make it a point to get the project done as soon as possible. Stress level stays low for the duration, and once it's done, and you know it's done, stress level is at a minimum all the way to turning it in.

I actually have pet a toucan before. if you wonder what it felt like, it felt so soft, like a blanket and the toucan was so relaxed (unlike most toucans who would bite your hand off in a moment). It was in a wild aviary (all the birds act wild and generally only come to you for food) so this chance was very rare.

A lot of horror movies take place in old mansions/manors, which often have a piano in them. Pianos are also fairly easy to rig so that they "play" themselves, and they are also physically threatening because they're large and dangerously heavy. Of course the OG horror instrument is the pipe organ, because there's "owns a grand piano" money and "has a pipe organ built into their home" money. And rich people's homes are *terrifying*
