a weekly would be very nice - like a sweet reminder to stretch - even if there is no time for a new video every week you could set the reminder to an “old” video.

i just discovered your flexibility and mobility videos and i am rotating your videos 4-5 days a week. They are very helpful. Actually much better than any yoga type of stretches. Really enjoy them. I do weight training and jogging a lot on my own because of COVID-19 in Singapore. I find these videos extremely helpful. Thanks~

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I’m new to this channel and in just a few days I can already see improvement. I’m a cyclist and had gotten away from stretching and I nots a decline in my fitness. I love the follow along stretching videos.

Awesome stretch routine. The corrections you included were super helpful, never really managed to feel the stretch in my hip flexors that well before. More of these would be 🙌🙌🙌

Love these videos, really helped with my mobility. I can't straighten my legs when doing abs or just lifting them up so hopefully bit of stretching will help. Have u got any other ones to help stretch hamstrings? Keep it up. Learning so much

I love that you do these videos buuuut, I'm super hypermobile and I need to stay away from static stretches. I struggle with tight muscles and little post training niggles as much as the next lad, could you do a video about other guided methods to release things off that stay away from static poses?

I would love to be more flexible, do the splits, handstands and more but I never practice my stretches Will try to work on that Thank you for this awesome video 💜💜

4:53 isn't that stretch really bad for the knees? I found some research which backs this up.
