a weekly would be very nice - like a sweet reminder to stretch - even if there is no time for a new video every week you could set the reminder to an “old” video.

i just discovered your flexibility and mobility videos and i am rotating your videos 4-5 days a week. They are very helpful. Actually much better than any yoga type of stretches. Really enjoy them. I do weight training and jogging a lot on my own because of COVID-19 in Singapore. I find these videos extremely helpful. Thanks~

Awesome stretch routine. The corrections you included were super helpful, never really managed to feel the stretch in my hip flexors that well before. More of these would be 🙌🙌🙌

Love these videos, really helped with my mobility. I can't straighten my legs when doing abs or just lifting them up so hopefully bit of stretching will help. Have u got any other ones to help stretch hamstrings? Keep it up. Learning so much

I love that you do these videos buuuut, I'm super hypermobile and I need to stay away from static stretches. I struggle with tight muscles and little post training niggles as much as the next lad, could you do a video about other guided methods to release things off that stay away from static poses?

All I really got from this was a lot of knee pain and cramps in the inner arch of my foot
