My husband, our German shepherd Valentine, yoga, breathing techniques, epsom salts or magnesium flakes baths, tryptophan and magnesium citrate all help with my anxiety. Have to say Valentine makes the biggest difference, a pet is a wonderful thing to have in your life, my husband is my rock but she's my world

I'm some of those things you talked about, but I'm working on it.... I like to read for a little while (or the whole book, only kidding) before I go to bed, and a couple drops of lavender oil on my wrists, and pillow, helps me stay calm. Ps. That was a great video.
