Taking 125 grm protein daily from egg white chicken and way usolated, taking 100 grm carb from dal, jawar roti, veg salads, sweet patato and 30 to 35 gram fat from penuts , dried fruites, omega 3 fish oilI. lose 3 inch body msrs but no weight loss still happy couse now I can fit in my old cloths.
