Tq😀👌 i am following your weight loss women series, i am on day 22. Taking 125 grm protein daily from egg white chicken and way usolated, taking 100 grm carb from dal, jawar roti, veg salads, sweet patato and 30 to 35 gram fat from penuts , dried fruites, omega 3 fish oilI. lose 3 inch body msrs but no weight loss still happy couse now I can fit in my old cloths. Thanks

I have tried hell a lot of things but u are one gem who is giving the righteous info about fat loss . I have lost weight (doing proper workouts weight lifting n cardio n strength training) but iam not able to lose my arm fat. But where as I am losing inches else where please make any video in regarding to this..

i take breakfast and lunch and in dinner i take only milk and some walnuts so this is my diet and i eat healthy and controlled portions and Saturday is my cheat day i eat whatever i like, but only in lunch time not at night and i lost 10 kgs within a month....

Hi I have been following u since 2 years . I lost 16 kgs and now I gained back 8 kgs . It’s not that I can’t do workout. I do mostly compound moment at home as I am a mother of 2. Help me with healthy snack as I am into lots of munching , mainly fruits and channa, what else can I munch into. From 92 to 76i was able to loose with in 10 months and now I am84.i started working out for the first time in my life after listening to my husband and following u.plz help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hie sunny ...today morning I decided to change the way of my exercise n diet n gave blood for thyroid n hb test to know better that where I m lacking behind ...later I saw dis video n found it helpful.
