1% change everyday. 1 din me 10 saal se store kiya fat nahi jayenga. Me v bahot extreme diet karta tha. uske baad extreme eating. Good video. Me Barcelona me ho kar v beach par nahi jaa raha hu. because of belly fat. Also, counting is good. you cannot control what you cannot measure... :)
