Me too! Love the editing of this video :) I rather have less video's of this high quality than more video's of lower quality. It's really insightful to learn about your creative process. It helps me to be less harsh on myself when the process doesn't go as smoothly as i want... you show that it doesn't mean that the outcome will be bad :)

They are so desperately beautiful and go so deep into emotion and illustrate the general status of "being lost" but not without hope... the need to realise the necessity of "salvation" ... pure emotion. great skills and insights. Thank you for sharing

Seeing how you work and need to take breaks, change your mind and switch ideas is super validating. When I experience those stop-start moments it is so confusing and can be difficult to appreciate as part of the process rather than a hinderance. Thank you for modeling a healthy attitude around those moments. Appreciate you sharing so much of your process so honestly with us.
@myriamtillson4 жыл бұрын
I'm glad to hear that! I wish I could show even more of the nitty-gritty, as it is the sort of thing I really wanted to see from the people I admired growing up, but my videos would be too damn long, haha. Thank you so much for watching and voicing your appreciation.

@@myriamtillson I recognize that you're doing a lot for the art community & mental health awareness; do not burn out trying to give more than you're able to or more than you want to. Those who understand will accept what you so generously offer. Just knowing folx like you are willing to work as hard as you do to give as much as you do for free. Plus you take the time to talk us through your processes and show us how you balance life and your art (rather playing yourself as a character who only appears one dimensionally of highly polished) *IS* valuable to...well, humanity.

wow, you make the prep process seem very enjoyable. I always end up skipping it and it's a hit or miss if I like the piece in the end. I think I'll try something like this more in the future. A reminder the journey is as important as the destination ^_^

i'm glad to see one of your videos again, watching you is always so blissful. You are beautiful ,your art is beautiful and the videos you make are wholesome . Thank you for showing us your process and such parts of your life in such down to earth way , as we tend to forget usually how much effort making art takes and often fall into comparisons and feeling not good enough . Watching this video reminded me of the first time i saw vangogh's sketches nd thumbnails, i was going through a hard time and struggling with the art i make and life back then . your video right now just had the same reviving effect on me. I am really excited to see the final paintings

may i ask a selfish question - what kind of printers do you recommend for prints? pretty discouraged with the search for budget option currently. sorry and thank you so much if you choose to answer!
@myriamtillson4 жыл бұрын
I'm more than happy to answer, I get that question a lot, but I'm afraid I wouldn't call my option budget friendly T_T I use the Canon Pixma Pro 100-S. It isn't cheap but also isn't the most expensive out there and it worth the expense as it is very good quality!
