wow, I can relate to Sunnie. candy is my issue. I love to bake. I have always been over weight by about 30 pounds. I'm 5 foot tall. My husband insisted we go Carnivore last Oct. I stopped all sugar and got over the cravings. I have reverted back on a trip and trying to get back on track. the cravings are insane! we went gluten free 7 years ago, so carnivore was easy for husband. I stayed sick for 90 days, and kept telling him I was quitting. now I am only sick on certain meals. This video is inspiring me to eliminate everything and start over to see where my issue is. I have lost 15 pounds on carnivore so I have had success.

This group was just MAGIC! What an inspirational bunch of testaments about healing and faith, because sticking to carnivore isn't always easy and you have to place your faith in the process. Bless you all for inspiring us with your experiences. And Kelly, you are without a doubt doing what you were put on this earth to do by guiding us and connecting us with each other. There is no other way we would all "meet".

Watched the whole video last night, but this morning I went back to Sunnie’s story to watch again. Right now, I am where she has been. I started using a cane several months ago, I’m 76 years old, and just dealing with balance issues. Started going to Physical Therapy in August and am improving! Working especially on my core muscles and getting more confident every week! Thank you, Kelly, for sharing Sunnie’s story and for helping to give me hope. 💕

OMG - each of these ladies made me cry. I've been there. I am there. I'm moving out of there. I feel everyone's happiness. I can relate in some way with each story. I joined Kelly's group. Although I joined for only 1 month, it was the best thing I have ever done. The tools were so helpful. The carnivore TDEE was an eye-opener. The success stories shared on this channel are inspiring. All of it. Thank you Kelly. I'm finding that what was stumping me up was the dairy. I would never have believed it. But the itchy eyes and face go away when I cut it out. So thank all of you beautiful ladies for telling us your story.

Thank you ladies! All the stories are inspiring. I am starting all over again after six years of trying to be Carnivore but only doing 95%. In six years of 95% Carnivore I am down by 13 pounds... I lost the pounds when I went on a 21 day water fast. I am obese class 1. I think I may join the group Kelly as it was because of you I started Carnivore in October of 2018. When I am strict Carnivore I do not go into ketosis and do not lose any weight. To have a normal BMI of 19.8 I need to weigh 85 pounds. Today I have a BMI of 33.5 at 144 pounds. (I have pituitary dwarfism so I am only 55 inches tall). I have isolated myself for the past 30 years as I am so embarrassed to go out being this fat. I really thought I would lose weight going Carnivore. I did eliminate about 100 skin tags, age spots faded, a large growth I had on my leg vanished after a month on Carnivore, a lifetime of bleeding gums vanished, gas and bloating and abdominal pain went away. So I am a huge proponent of Carnivore. I did fall down occasionally over these six years, but I have a food diary and keep note of every teaspoonful of food I eat. I tried high fat, low fat, with dairy, without dairy and every possible variation of this way of living/eating. I am not giving up. I want to start living again. I don't want to live anymore like this. I am now on zero carbs, zero food... I will join the group when I feel better about myself.

@Dakiniwoman if you are strict Carnivore, not in ketosis, and not losing weight, you are probably eating too much protein in one sitting. Look into it, that has been my problem too. It is possible to overeat meat and it causes glucose and insulin to spike. Figure out how much protein you need (1.2-2.2 g/kg of ideal body weight) and slowly start to cut protein while increasing fat. Split protein into 3 meals, no more than 20-30 grams of protein per meal (based on formula above). It's a process but it might help.

Please don’t wait to come to the group, I joined in March 2024 and I regret it was not sooner, I’m a introvert so I was scared to go on a zoom with full of people, but let me tell you, that was the best thing I did for my insanity about doing carnivore, my stress level went down so much. To listen to people stories with the same goals and all the information from Kelly that she gives us, it’s just incredible. You don’t have to open your camera if you’re not ready but to me I think you should just rip off the band-aid. Kelly is a hard working angel, she would do everything to help you twick and try a bunch of things to get to your goal.

You ladies are such a blessing and inspiration for me. I can relate to each and every one of you. I spent decades being miserable and afraid. And I had no clue how to heal. I didn’t even know how to eat. Many days I barely ate at all. Because I was exhausted and completely done. As a single mom with special needs twins I was way too overwhelmed to function. I did only what I had to do to take care of my boys. I wasn’t even a afterthought to myself. But I finally started waking up again. And then I found Kelly. And I am so thankful that I did. I am learning so much. Not just about food but also about myself. I watch your videos all the time for inspiration and knowledge. But also to keep me motivated and on track. For the first time in decades I feel alive. Thank you all.

I am carnivore when at home but my work requires that I travel a lot. I go to many countries where carnivore is not a possibility. In many countries I cannot carry any food items as it is illegal. Then, in many cultures it is an insult for me to not eat what they offer. I am literally praying for a change of work as I am miserable with autoimmune issues. I am grateful for your testimonies. I pray to one day be at a place in life to have my own healing testimony.

I’ve been carnivore since Sept 2023, after being Keto five months, and as of today I’ve lost 49 lbs. I had to cut all dairy, but yesterday and this morning I craved a pat of butter in my decaf coffee and my nose has been running ever since, so no more butter for me. I struggle meeting my macros and calorie deficit, so I’ll be joining your group in December or January. I need help, but I can’t imagine eating any other way. Love these ladies’ stories, very inspirational.❤️

What another Amazing video!!! You ladies made me laugh and cry because I relate to each of you! Brie, I'm taking to heart what you said because, yes this is a journey. There should be no getting down on yourself because you did this or that. To keep tweeking what works for you is the important thing. I got back into the sugar because of stress and my eczema has come back. That literally hurts! The Great news is I know how to fix this! Eat Meat! Drink water, don't throw in the towel and keep showing up to my group sessions with Kelly! To know that all of you beautiful ladies understand what it's like when I share (because you've been there too at one point) and say yes it's the journey of wellness. There is no finish line. Just keep on keepin' on! Carnivore basically is the fountain of youth for my insides as well as the outside....total freedom. ❤😊

Kelly, I'm so happy I took the time to watch this video to hear all these incredible women tell their inspiring stories on carnivore. Sunnie's story really resonated with me, as I struggle with arthritis and have to use a cane on occasion...slowly getting away from using it on a daily basis. And what Valtra had said, I'm starting to feel okay about nothing happening from time to time on this w.o.e. It's not just about the weight loss, its how I'm feeling overall and I feel so good eating carnivore. I too feel safe eating this way. Thank you again to you Kelly for this great video and to all the ladies here today! It's just the boost I needed to start my day in a positive light!

@ Yes, me too. Very addicted. Especially to milk and heavy whipping cream. My lattes. Turns out I was more addicted to the dairy than the coffee. Being addicted does provide a clue that it’s not good for is. Disordered eating I think Carnivore Doctor calls it. Eventually I will reintroduce butter and some cheese in moderation. I do like the variety.

Love your videos Kelly. You are a God send. Might need to join your coaching program again. Feel like I should be able to do this myself but I know support groups can be crucial in the healing process.

This is so inspiring to watch. I was supposed to go get things done on our acre this morning before the rain and I was going to watch a little but ended up watching it entirely! I related to something in almost everyone's experience, but as I am living through a terrible loss right now, I began to weep hearing Valtra's story. I'm on dirty keto right now thinking I need the "sweet" to comfort me but I'll transition to the Jello bridge! My sister died of colon cancer, so I'm afraid to go without vegetables because I don't go to the bathroom for days and all my meat must be grassfed or I suffer from yeast. So carnivore isn't a bundle of joy for me. Yet hearing your stories makes me want to try again...Thank you!

Inspirational. While listening, I filled a full size notebook page of my health conditions. I know carnivore can help some at least and I'm encouraged to see how many can be addressed.
