Wow! That looks delicious. I love okras and the slime it produces… the frying of the fermented fish for umami and adding tripe with the beef for texture with a little bit of funk. What an amazing dish!!!!

I just had some okra stee from a West African spot in New York called B&D hallal Restaurant and how does this video not have a million views by now... ive seen only 2 of her videos so far and i can definitely say that she puts lots of LOVE in what she does and as a person of Guyanese blood and remembering how we use to watch and soak our chicken and so on and it made everything taste better.. This stew reminds me of my grandmother who would serve up tripe and beef neck bone stew. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Oh- please do a video on cleaning blue crab (live and or fresh)

I love the stew! I love the way you seasoned it. I like okra but I don't like it slimy and I don't chop it up but slice it and fry it with onions. I would love the stew you made just okra on the side with a rice ball.
