It takes a spouse who refuses to be an enabler and isn’t completely gaslit and brainwashed to the point of no return by the wicked devil of an individual they’re with to be able to be strong enough to walk away. This is no joke. My MIL tortured her husband until his death. He ended up dying of cirrhosis as he was completely controlled by her and I don’t even think he truly even knew it. He knew something was terribly wrong but he blamed himself and ended up drinking himself to death. It was the saddest and unjust situation…everyone blamed him bc he was a “functional alcoholic” (whatever in the hell that is) who was successful but she caused him to loose his freaking mind. Literally-and I do not say that lightly. We always thought she was a saint/martyr with her false or fake humility, and he was the horrible POS that wouldn’t stop drinking. Man I could go on and on. We came to find out that they hadn’t had sex for over 30 years. He never cheated, but got caught having an “emotional” affair 1.5 years before he died bc he was so starved of having connection and intimacy or even feeling cared for that whole time-but she strung him along always making him think he’d one day have it again, but never did. She knew she’d never be intimate with him again, and she loved teasing him and used him for money, power…etc. sadistic is the best word for these malignant covert narcissists. It’s the epitome of human evil. Get out and stay out. I’m glad you made it out and were able to come out on the winning side of the courts. God bless you.

I always pretend like I love her gifts because I don't give a crap, didn't get with her for money. But she'd always act like she went out of her way when in reality as the relationship progressed it got less and less than her intial gift which was an iron maiden t shirt. Compared to what I got her and what she said she would get me but never did is the thing, that didn't matter to me though I wanted some one who would have my back and I slowly realized over time not only did she not have my back but she wanted me to be unhappy. Which I still don't wish on her, honestly if she was cured tomorrow I'd wish her well but I would not risk taking her back, 7 years down the drain.

My mother in law is so jealous of my healthy pregnancy that when I gave her an update she said “there’s still plenty of time for her to come out retarded.” Today she was 3 hours late to my baby shower. You’re gonna look like an asshole if you show up to a baby shower 3 hours late and the mother of the baby already left 😂 best part is she lives in my house 😂😂😂
