Did today and definitely the hardest workout on your channel. The conditioning rounds were crazy, I couldn't keep up. And gave up on Tabata. Next time - gonna do it.

Tried once yesterday and could not complete the tabata. Gonna start over tomorrow. This one if done at 100% is legit. I have done pretty much all of Nate's workouts and this one is probably the most intense.

@@NateBowerfitness done today. Not as intense as them but did it. The transition to half burpees and plank is workout from hell- a real killer and tests your core to the maximum. A real good workout. Thanks Coach

This is an excellent workout (challenging, innovative and fun) and would love more of these that don't require any equipment. The reaction drills at the end were cool, though I must say, I did not care for the UPS he snuck in :)

Just completed this workout and it was fire!!!!! I wish you would have added a warm up first😩😩😩. I assumed a warmup would be apart of the workout and went straight in (BIG MISTAKE). I know better now and will be adding this workout to my regime (WARMING UP FIRST) #beastmodeON

Nate is one of two of the best boxing training programs on KZbin. Him and Carr are true boxing training programs. I love Nate's attitude and instructions his workouts is real time boxing. Does anyone know if he has these in DVDs? I'm 65 yrs old still do boxing workouts I held boxing trainer's license in Florida, Mississippi and Missouri. I believe Nate's programs are absolutely great for beginners and old guy's lol

Hey nate, I have been cycling between one of your HIIT boxing workouts twice a day (once in morning once in evening) and one of your fat burner videos on alternating days. I have also adjusted my diet and have lost 9 lbs in 5 weeks. I am in the best shape of my life. Thanks for your vids I am a super grateful
