I feel really lucky to have found you! I have actually unsubscribed from a few I’ve followed for last few years. I’m totally satisfied with whatever output you give - weekly, monthly, doesn’t matter.

Hi Nathalie, when I do Pilates nothing hurts apart from my hips? Why is this because nothing actually burns but I get this really bad pain in the sides of my hips?
