Below measurement is for 1/2 KG rice
Peanut Oil - 5 tbl spoon.
Ghee - 3 tbl + 2 spoon
Mutton 500 g to 750 kg ( We used 500 g )
Coriander - 1/2 bunch (15 g )
Mint - little bit less than 1/2 bunch ( 10 g).
Cumin Powder 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 tea spoon
Redchilli Powder - 2 tea spoon
Curd - 75 ml
30 mins soaked Seeraga Samba Rice - 1/2 kg.
Salt
lemon juice - 1 1/2 lemnon
heat it in oven for 30 mins (450 fh ).

Cinamon - 2 inch
Cashew nut - 8 count
Jathi kai powder/nutmug powder - little bit as shown in video ( nut mug powder) - 1 g
Cloves - 6
Star Anish - 1 1/2 medium size
Bay leaves - 2 medium size
kalpasi/stone flower - 4 g
