The Necrons are back for their second game showcasing the new Codex. This time we are featuring Nihilakh, possibility the strongest Necron dynasty. This is also a debut of Adrian's Nihilakh army, so it is sure to be an exciting match.

Since they mentioned adding a rule for your favorite faction, here’s my pitch: a WE stratagem that allows a unit with the “Blood for the Blood God” ability to attack a unit that they have piled into but did not charge that turn, to give a bit of different strategic potential for that double fight

Insane.. Worst I heard though was Abused Puppy actually periled a far seer from full wounds to dead in a tournament. Thats free reroll to cast, 5 wounds, and the helm gives 3+fnp to perils mortal wounds. Crazy accomplishment😆

Not sure if this will be seen by the person who asked the question, but I think Minotaurs are rumoured in lore to be an Iron Hands successor, which works well as, again lore wise, they're quite dread heavy.

I would put spikes on the right side of the floor, with option to send a jolt of electricity through it, throughout the game when die rolling.

"Orcs wins" Orcs should have a secondary that gives them points just for fighting and having a good time. Also, Chaos should have a secondary called "Khorne cares not" The player gets points (like one per 5 models?) for any non deamon model that dies, even on losses from your own army.

Being an old school warhammer fantasy guy, I always find it odd when Tzeentch and Khorne mix, back then in the lore those two daemons hated each other for being polar opposites.

It's in the main rules. That's where the range for a deny is given. It's always that range unless an exception is specifically given.

Why has no one mentioned that scarabs cannot reanimate with out the Repair Subroutines Stratagem? Or am I missing something? Also I thought it should only happen once and in the command phase/start of your turn?

New 9th edition codex mate, so scarabs get RP now. Also the new RP occurs each time after an enemy unit attacks.

@@wmanns11 Are you looking at the 9th edition codex mate ? On page 101 you have the canoptek spyder and the canoptek scarabs. The scarabs do have RP, as well as command protocols and living metal. I don't know what else to say mate, other than ask other people. They will confirm what I have said. Also in the 9th edition codex they got rid of the Repair Subroutines Stratagem.

Reanimation would be more thematic if the model that was being reanimated had to be put back were it fell unless it can't then it has to be placed as close to that point while within coherence.

With the Scarabs auto wound on 6s is it only on unmodified 6s? Or would the +1 to hit from 'set to defend' trigger it on 5+?

Ike mart It‘s a „can“ ability, not a must anymore. If they split, the new models have to be paid with reinforcement points. So Brian is free to not split them and not shelve out any reinforcement points.

whhoa whoa whoa... the whole point of 1k games is for people with smaller PLAY SPACE! Not everyone has the luxury of a studio, and a 6x4 table to play on. Most of us have smaller tables, and taht was the point of 1k games being easier access. Re-think how to balance this
