I've been a fan of Bryan since discovering him earlier this year. I really liked the Netflix documentary. I retired from conventional medicine and it's refreshing and feels hopeful that young people are exploring "health" and not just accepting the illness care paradigm of conventional medicine. Thanks to Bryan's efforts and his generosity of not gate-keeping this knowledge, real change can happen. Congratulations and keep up the good work!

There is something very important in this movement that most people are unaware of: The need for humanity to rally around a common goal that is universal, indisputable and positive. Being healthy now that we have unimaginable resources is the most succinct, basic and pragmatic approach to achieving this. Will definitely be reaching out to Bryan at some point.
@Airbender13109016 күн бұрын
there is also other important in this movement that most people are unaware of: You cant be healthy using his diet. TO say healthy he consumes 100+ capsules a day, to compensate for his poor diet. Also You will NEVER look as fit as him on this diet. He is using Growth hormone + testosterone. He is LITERARY on steroids. Also he is selling over 50 products + blood tests. He is building a big campaign to make tons of money to live forever. He is creating a cult. A destructive one, that looks great on the surface but its not. His diet will benefit only very fat ppl while they starve to normal range. after that - they will slowly starve and die 30 years earlier than they would. Course no-one will eat as many supplements as he does.
@james.sirois16 күн бұрын
@Airbender131090 It doesn't sound like you've listened to enough of his content to understand what his mission is- he has addressed everything you said several times. I get it that what he is doing seems creepy, Iwas skeptical at first as well. But it's best not to choose to see someone the way we want to and to actually consider the facts. He just flatly does not advocate for people to live his lifestyle, he is simply using himself for research.

I saw you community post on why your project was called Don't Die, instead of Live Long, I didn't really understand it because I think the name Don't Die would have way more controversy as death has been a part of humanity for millennia and many religions and philosophies have already justified death so many people would go against this idea so wouldn't it be better to name it Live Long or something like that?

Vegan for animals? do you have a garden? do you know what farming is? how food is grown? no vegan seem to know how many living creatures you need to kill in order to grow food. Starting with snails and finishing with frogs, squirrels, insects and birds in the process. You ppl are very uneducated and oblivious. A carnivore will eat 5 cows in his live, when a vegan will kill thousands of living creatures. Your not morally superior. its the other way around. ANd veganism is very bad for you! this dude eats 100 pills a day to compensate for it. It can benefit only very fat ppl course you obviously loosing weight during starvation. After 5-10 years 99% of vegans will drop the diet or become very ill. Your body can store many minerals and vitamins for years in advance! B12 can be stored for 10 years. After its gone - you are gone. B12 does not exist in nature in plant based foods. Even cows and monkeys get it from insects in their diet. wake up. educate yourselves

Hi Bryan, what you're doing is pretty interesting. What do you think about methylene blue? Didn't see you using it. I myself, as a woman who's going through menopause, I'm experimenting with various supplements, because I dont' want to take HRM, I think it's dangerous and only solves the problem temporarily (you can't take that forever and once you stop... menopause hits you just the same.) So I've been taking methylene blue and I't works amazingly! It's helping me tremendously with low energy levels, brain fog and hot flashes, three major problems in menopause. How I wish there were more women in menopause experimenting with new things doctors don't talk about because they have been prescribing the same unsafe remedy (HRM) for decades, to make pharmaceutical companies rich.
