Well talk about it for men as well because it takes 2 to be in a relationship I'm going through something very similar now

@@theprolificnetwork4670 My audience on this channel is over 95% women (and Rori and I are both relationship coaches for women) so the content of my videos reflects that - but yes, this can happen to men as well.

The problem with most of us women is that we are SO into him-what he likes or dislikes, whether he likes us or not, whether he will commit or not, whether he will come back or not, etc., etc. What the heck! Who cares? We need to be into US, not into him.

This is great advice , but only works on a man that genuinly cares about you or likes you enough. Guy I was seeing pulled away and basically dropped me so had no choice but to block him, close the door and move forward. His actions told me he didn't want me ❤️

Correct. If the Man genuinely cares, desires us and chooses up first and for most. I was in a situation that it hurt so much yet dating so many Mr wrongs can be unhealthy as you can start to like a less valuable man.

My biggest takeaway: fill up our tank first. We can only pour from a full cup. Surround ourselves with people who love us and who we love, it keeps our heart warm, jovial, grateful and strong - this keeps our tank full. A support network is so essential. Another thing I ponder is how to come from a position of strength - this takes recognition of self worth and self love. We are worthy, we are enough, we are safe, it's going to be okay. Love ourself deeply, treat ourselves as we would our best friend. A helpful mindset is choose to believe in abundance. Be kind, be warm, have gratitude in our heart, be open to opportunities, lean back and receive.

Wow I love your calm energy and this advice. I really liked your encouragement about honoring the desire and passion that we feel and not feeling bad about it or thinking that we're needy because of it... But also don't seek out a stone just go get that desire and passion met in other things and other ways.... So so good I'm going to need to listen to this again.... My heart has been burning and my stomach has been tight over the aftermath of a unexpected special connection with a gentleman that led to a weekend of passion.. it was left at going with the flow because he has a lot on his plate... It's been a few days and I haven't heard anything from him.. I reached out a couple of times but nothing... So now there's this part of me that feels like I'm needy and clingy and feeling bad for having this desire and passion.... I just need to let go and give things time and space and honor where he's at and if it's meant to be Hill come around but be okay with the desire that I'm feeling ♥️

What your thoughts on the final message I sent my ex bf after our break up? I said : I have had some time to calm down and think. I completely respect your feelings and decisions. I still love you and care for you. If we’re meant to be everything will work out and you will figure things out soon. And if not, then I truly wish you the best in this life. You deserve everything you ever wish for. Thank you for loving me so authentically and being my friend ♥️ I then deleted his number everywhere and haven’t said a word since. I’m focusing on but will show love and compassion if he reaches out. I am focusing on my own happiness and plan to start dating around Feb or March.

I’m with a wonderful man thanks to these videos. He’s doing everything for me and 100% in his masculine. The thing is he doesn’t have the fire I do with humor and laughter. He has a sense of humor but it’s usually not met when I make a joke. Like it passes over his head. I accept him but wonder if he is my person… we are starting our third month of dating. I’m not sure how important this is or will become. Any tips/ideas? Is it possible to date a great man for a while, one who would do anything for you, and he still ends up not being your ‘person’?
@sunshinedayz70323 жыл бұрын

What makes a couple works is having a common big desire or desires. Pond how important is for you to have share the same sense of humor.
@dirlenelopez60333 жыл бұрын
You can't have everything. The question is: is humour on your list of non negotiable qualities? This list is not as big as we think. One person will never be able to tick all the boxes. If that makes him boring to be around, then you might have a problem here.
@FM-zg5hz3 жыл бұрын
Incompatible sense of humor is a dealbreaker for me. I dated a guy who wasn’t as funny as me, and eventually I became bored of being around him. Trust me dear, humor keeps two people together because life gets TOUGH. It’s important to have things to laugh about and keep it light. Without that, you’re going to start noticing other things you don’t like about him eventually. If I were you, I would decide this isn’t my person. You might feel guilty because he is a good guy who likes you a lot, but guilt shouldn’t keep you there.
@bezzerbear3 жыл бұрын
I would say he does *have* a sense of humor similar to mind. We watch SNL and laugh at the same bits, and laugh about life… he has a cute goofy laugh. He’s not Mr. Funny Guy like I am Ms. Funny Girl- getting tickled by everything, but he does make jokes. His strength is he’s a Giver and a Helper and a Pleaser to me in all ways…. The most supportive guy to me I’ve been with to date honestly. He directs conversations, is sympathetic and wise, helps me with my business ideas, and wants to make me happy all the time. I can’t put pressure on it… will have to see how he is in different situations. I do see his humor come out with friends and we have the same humor he’s just not as furry as me. I think the question “am I bored” is a really apt one to keep watch. He can feel my mood change in a split second and often reads my thoughts … ❤️ something I’ve never felt before.

Let him work :) May I advise lady's don't sleep with man too fast .... It's not good for your soul and it will break your heart . Get to know him see if you even really like him and if he is flaky he don't deserve you . Let's change our behavior and men will change accordingly. May you all find a true respectful sexy love 😉

I purposely went out of my way: to burn down any and every red flag, that emerged. and now they are all just way too painful to ignore. I'm dying inside. dying. the pain is agonizing and tormenting. so much so that I just wish I was, in fact, dead. 42 years old and I've never been in a relationship. never had love. It's hell. absolute utter agonizing paralyzing hell. soul rape.

Hi Helena, how do you recognize (early on) when a man is bread-crumbing you? I mean, you can see the pattern afterwards, but how can you recognize it right away? Is it even possible to recognize the bread-crumbing straight on? And once you do recognize he’s bread-crumbing, how do you not “accept it”? What does that look like? I am asking this, because I have been dating a guy for over 6 months now. He doesn’t want to commit, but he does take us out to do fun things together every couple of weeks. It’s not enough for me, so I took my distance now. But I don’t know what to say if he wants to meet up again, because I feel so attracted to him and that hardly happens to me. I did start to circular date a few weeks ago. Making an attempt to fill up my tank! 😊

Hey Helena I’m back.. I watched this back to back with your “if you’re saying these 5 things walk away” - I like this one better lol butttttt how long does it take for him to ask where she went 🤔 Anddd for those of us who struggle a little with the whole “getting fixated on one person” how do you “let others fill you up” - I have three calling and texting at the moment and I typically just get irritated it’s not THE ONE I WANT TO HEAR FROM ! (I’m daring greatly here.. be gentle.) i finally took the time to be single and do lots of self work, and then I stepped out of my usual pattern with this guy who came on hard and fast in pursuit I got hopes up.. and, I probably was a little intense /available … but things got screwed up. Now kind of in a NC place not playing a game but he was doing some things that even as a friend I felt weren’t demonstrating caring so I stepped back… andddd it’s not easy . We have talked before - look forward to chatting again ;)
