Little Witch in the Woods has very similar UI to Moonlighter. I'm assuming done by the same studio, so I'll definitely be checking that out.

Strangely, 2 clips occupy the time stamp. I can tell you the first clip is Norfromantik (excellent puzzle game available on Steam now). The second looks familiar, but like you I can't remember.

At least on PC the cost is upfront and doesn't require a credit card to be able to play games you have purchased. Honestly, PS4 and Xbox required subscription completely ruined console gaming for me. I switched to PC three years ago and have never looked back
