Power weapons are designed to cut through armor… however, the armor still protects adequately against “conventional weapons”, environmental hazards, etc.

You can only think this if you haven't read the book. It is pretty explicit that Sanguinius' death has meaning. The only way you can think otherwise is of you ignore/haven't read all of the material up to this point as well as things that happen directly afterward.

I’m sorry but the whole Emperor Horace fight was terrible the fact the final books was extended into 3 was terrible. You can clearly tell the author really just wanted to write Horace as the winner. If they wanted to be edgy they should’ve went the route of Sanguineous killed Horace then enraged by the black rage route, with him nearly killing the emperor. Instead they went the tarot card route. Oh and forgot how he eliminated Horace from all existence. Total crap

@@ImperiumArchive it just doesn’t make sense if Chaos is terrified of the Emperor the shouldn’t be able to beat him by empowering Horace. The Emperor basically won with a Jedi mind trick. Also the point of him now not obliterating Horace’s soul which if just his body is destroyed chaos could’ve put him back in his clone. But I only got 25 years invested into the lore why should I care. Lol Star Wars had me for 35 years before I was tired of all the crap Disney did to it. I’m not comparing the two other than I was a fan of both for a long time. Now I just really nerd out for 40k
