How about a burned image? I have tried that refresh option and it is still there. It’s the loading screen when you first turn the device on. The word Kindle with the tree and boy

If the refresh isn't doing anything, I'd suggest speaking to Amazon's customer services team, because it should completely clear the image. - Cam

@ I’ve reached out and they told me to return it and order a new one. They didn’t want me to go with the warranty because they didn’t want me to trade a brand new one for a refurbished one. They didn’t know which one o would get. lol

My Paperwhite 2024 doesn't have the Bluetooth pairing option... Why? 😢

I looked it up and in Canada (where I live) Amazon disabled the Bluetooth option. I assume they do it with other countries too 😢

Not auto rotate, no, but it will rotate horizontal if you select that option.
