@greatesthits1817 Why? It's free promotion! People see these videos and say to themselves, "I want to see that guy fight," then tune in to watch their next bout. Everyone makes money, so everyone is happy. I don't know about One FC, because they can probably benefit from free promotion. The UFC is far less forgiving, but this video doesn't have any UFC clips that I noticed.

His speed is REALLY good for muay thai. Most of these other fighters, you don't see them throwing front, side and roundhouse kicks as fast as he can. He also shoots every strike as straight as possible, which shortens the distance and drives through more weight and power from the body. Excellent skill.

One thing that make him very difference from 95% of all muay thai fighters in Thai , mostly muay thai fighters came from poor family who will fight tooth and nail to get the food on their table but this guy Tawanchai he came from a decent middle class family. His family maybe not a super rich one but still can provide enough food and opportunity for him so the only reason that he still choose to be in this fighting sport since young age is his pure love for Muay thai.

It's scary to fight this guy. His kicks will break your legs and arms. Plus he has knock out power with his punches too. He's too powerful.

Seriously! Truly scary, it doesn't matter if you block his kicks, if you receive enough of them you are done! And to top it off, he has knockout power and surgical accuracy with his punches as well, and Zen stoic calculative mindset to unleash his deadly arsenal at the right moment and with the right strategy without getting emotional or bitter

Little random fact. Tawanchai (lit. “beaming sun”) was named by his senior at Saenchai Gym, Prajanchai (lit. “shining moon”). Tawanchai’s actual first name is Narongsak (or Gunt, meaning loved one, to family and friends) but like any Muay Thai artists, he is called by his ring name. I noticed a lot of light-related puns in the narration. Cool little details.

After watching so many instances of bad manners and classless attitudes in western boxing and UFC MMA, it's so refreshing seeing fighters who have 0 posturing and bad mannerism during and after fights. His bowing after matches, win or loss, and that look of genuine concern in 18:43 are just admirable. Hope this man goes far.

Tawanchai is very methodical in his approach and breaks down his opponents, speed, power and accuracy with almost zero tell make his kicks devastating, most of the time he has a deadpan detached look on his face that suggests hes bored but hes really analysing everything he can about his opponent, seen him in a few fights now thanks to 1C and he never fails to entertain

I used to be a semi-hardcore MMA fan years ago, and coming back casually now it looks to me like Muay Thai has been evolving since I've been gone. These younger Thai fighters look like they have much better boxing skills than previous generations, and throw a lot more low kicks instead of just mid/high. I remember Thai fighters before having pretty basic straight punches they used mostly to set up kicks. This is SO much more exciting.
