One thing that make him very difference from 95% of all muay thai fighters in Thai , mostly muay thai fighters came from poor family who will fight tooth and nail to get the food on their table but this guy Tawanchai he came from a decent middle class family. His family maybe not a super rich one but still can provide enough food and opportunity for him so the only reason that he still choose to be in this fighting sport since young age is his pure love for Muay thai.

Muay Thai has many techniques for using hands similar to boxing. Twanchai (meaning "Sunshine") is still improving, a fast learner and a very smart fighter, who worked with Samard (his skipping front kick or "teep" looks like Samard's), Saenchai and Archan Gae look-alike. Those Thai boxers that he fought from Thailand were all of high caliber.

Tawanchai’s actual first name is Narongsak (or Gunt, meaning loved one, to family and friends) but like any Muay Thai artists, he is called by his ring name. I used to be a semi-hardcore MMA fan years ago, and coming back casually now it looks to me like Muay Thai has been evolving since I've been gone. These younger Thai fighters look like they have much better boxing skills than previous generations, and throw a lot more low kicks instead of just mid/high. I remember Thai fighters before having pretty basic straight punches they used mostly to set up kicks. This is SO much more exciting.
