Move Your Way Sessions are back! Join our amazing Cancer Rehab Instructors Sophie and Beth, as they take you through a 30 minute exercise session.
There is a standing and a seated option. Make sure you have some water on hand, and you can optionally use some light weights such as tins of beans!

So just a few safety points before we get started, this session is not designed specifically for anyone's current health status, their diagnosis, their own goals or their own needs. So please be mindful that taking part in this Move Your Way session is your responsibility and if you need to miss out exercises that you've been told not to do or you don't feel comfortable in doing then just join back in when you feel comfortable. However, it is a very low level movement session so hopefully everyone will feel confident to join in at least most parts of it. Just make sure it is safe for you throughout. Also make sure you have your water and towel at the ready.
