Ironic. These might be best practice advice. My experience is the total opposite. I was accused of being "cross" due to the way I was treated by counter staff. That for some reason turned in to me being a violent aggressive man not safe to be around oter people. Staff lied, no investigation, no proper explanation, ignoring data requests, ignored 8 emails from me asking if we can talk about what happened and look at the evidence, se t pice after ne because I sent a notice and they don't like the emails. 1 staff member opologised. I was and still am being abused with the violent tag attachment to my name. Disgusting
