It finally clicked for me who your videos remind me of: Nick, you are a modern day Bob Ross. Not only is it incredibly relaxing to watch you work, and your voice is so soothing, but it's really the fact that you are always so positive and encouraging to beginners that reminds me of him so much. Thank you for your amazing work!

I've followed a lot of your tutorials and made most of your whips. My all time favorite is the electrical tape and BB one. That thing EXPLODES when it cracks. Very underrated method IMO. Seriously, use Scotch 33+. It would work much better than that brown paper glued to that handle.

The first whip I ever made was from an instructibles article and it was so bad but was enough to really get me into whip making. Next stop was your channel and I watch them all. Mostly make snake and bull whips but I may just have to do this for my next project. Thank you for all you have done for the community.

Loving it! Really been enjoying building along with you the last few years. Even been able to share and sell a few to my co-workers. The one young guy just used it on his family’s cattle drive on the past weekend. Said he just loved it. And impressed his grandfather who used to drive the cattle using a whip. Thanks again Nick!

Nick, I appreciate you for taking the time to share whipmaking knowledge. Your channel was is one that I reference most when I make my own. Friends liked the ones I made and I was asked to make more to sell to them, I’ve sold 20+ so far and have gotten pretty good in-person review from Adam Winrich when I met him at Texas Renaissance Faire. This boosted my confidence to create my own small business. I’m excited for the future! Thank you and all the whip maker communities so much! Sincerely, Eric Q

I made my first whip "Stumpy" from your 2018 snakewhip tutorial during the lockdown in 2020. I have made a lot of bullwhips and snakewhips since then (all with your guidance), but Stumpy is still my favourite. Not only are you a good teacher, but your video production values are very high. I salute you for paying particular attention to sound quality. There are so many other videos out there which are unwatchable due to the poor quality of their audio.
