There's a early mythology (mondák) The Legend of the Wondrous Stag of the ancient Hungarian people. According to the story it says Nimrod was a mighty hunter and a great lord over vast lands in Mesopotamia. The legend states that Hunor and Magor two brother's and son's of Nimrod. One day the brothers went on a hunt with one hundred warriors following a wondrous white stag, they went far north for many weeks eventually arriving in the Meotis marshlands of the Black Sea. Once they caught up with the stag, Hunor and Magor found 100 maidens that were from King Dul's (King of The Alans) country, they fell in love with the maidens and married them staying in the new land since it was bountiful with fish, game and waterfowl. From this union all of the Huns and Magyars would descend. This is a legend that has been passed down from grandfather to father to son for many generations.

Translations of the Bible are not different versions. It is all the same content. Nimrod tried to build one great nation against God's command for the people to separate and create separate nations, so God confused their language into many different languages forcing the people to separate into different groups. Nimrod also founded all the pagan religions, beliefs, gods reportedly by direct revelation from Satan. Nimrod himself reportedly traveled to other countries taking on different names. He maybe was Osiris and other "gods" of pagan religions himself.

It seems as though you're basing your statements about Nimrod from Alexander Mislap's book, "The Two Babylons," a book that had been widely discredited by historians of biblical and other ancient texts. It was written in the mid 1800's and the basis of the book was Mislap's hatred of Catholicism. It contains countless misunderstandings and misrepresentations of biblical and historical texts, not to mention numerous claims he seems to have just made up. Mislap equates Catholicism with the Babylonian religion, and claims that the Catholic Church doesn't worship the God and/or Jesus of the bible, but a deified version of Nimrod. It's clear that he doesn't understand what he's talking about at all. Unfortunately, the weird and baseless claims in the book have been adopted by many evangelical Protestants and it's the reason why so many evangelical Protestants to this day believe that Catholicism is a "false religion" or even "evil."

My theory is Nimrod is the beginning of the rebellion against God and is worshipped by Pagans throughout history under different names such as Baal, Ra, Zeus, Jupiter etc. And the reason there's not much information on him in the Bible is because it was taken out to keep this identity a secret.

True. The Creator would never dignify the Great Apostate by allowing his name to be recorded for posterity John 8:44; I believe a Hebrew scholar said the consonants which form the name Nimrod means "let us rebel" the words were 'ever in his mouth' to urge people to take his side against Jehovah. All the Greek demi gods and Titans are folk memory of the hybrid nephilim destroyed in the flood.

Tradition and exegetical proof show nimrod and Abraham were together and book of jasher can prove this. Midrash too. Plus exegetical kawsh aka cush had nimrod late long after his other sons which makes sense and the same is true Abraham and terah because terah also had Abraham last after haran and nahor his brothers. According to tradition nimrod was born to kawsh in the late years of cush's life when he was in his 200's In the same era terah was born nahor or a little after. And you have to remember genesis 10 and 11 don't seperate they both overlap chronological wise. And same with genesis 12 too. Sarah Abraham's half sister and wife was born 302 years after noahs flood. So in Truth there is no separation at all. And never was. And tower of babel both terah and nimrod and others did was when Abraham was 48 years old. That when peleg his forebear was 239 years old at his death just like flood happened at methuselahs death at 969 when shem was 98 years old

Oh and that part about the tower of babel and extraterrestrials? Yeah, we were taught that he was the only one who knew how to speak in tongues and therefore knew how to build the tower into the sky. Cool story. If nimrod is the grand son of noah, where the fuck did so many ppl appear from? Nimrod was a king, but only a generation before the world was supposedly empty except for 6 ppl who supposedly all wet different ways after the flood. So where did all those ppl that supposedly built the tower come from? This is why all that fairy tale shit is stupid, makes no sense.

I think that, based on the fact that so much of actual earth/world history has been omitted from the bible (there are obvious gaps in the story, especially in the first 10 chapters of Genesis), and its resulting ambiguity, plus the scientific data known about the earth itself, the first six chapters of the book 📖 from Adam to at least Noah and Nimrod, whose tower construction project resulted in the break up of mankind into different ethnic groups, depicts events that happened before the great flood and the continental rift which created the Atlantic ocean and other smaller seas. The bible chronology is seriously flawed (I believe that was intentional.) and misleading. The authors squeezed some of that information into the story in spite the fact that most of those events predate the timeline of the bible, in an attempt to achieve cohesion in the story. There is no possible way to naturally fit any of those events, which took thousands, and in some cases, millions of years, into the six thousand year history insinuated by the bible.

Why do people allude to Islam as thought God has spoken favourably about it. God says, "There is no other God!" Dash away that thing of alluding to the book of things that GOD does not favour or even speak about!!

Being branded as a "tyrant" cause you opposed the most jealous and insecure god of them all. Lol
@mykingofkings14392 жыл бұрын
Well that is from your perspective but there are other perspectives besides your own, so open your mind to them, here is one from the authors perspective, That God is the source of everything good in this universe so.. truth, righteousness, mercy, love, kindness, justice, liberty etc therefore,, if you oppose God, then you automatically oppose those things too. Those who oppose such qualities are usually considered tyrants, I think most humans aim for those qualities and we admire others who display them, we don't usually hold the people against those virtues in very high regard. Now another thing is about the jealous thing....did you know that jealously can be righteous, it's not actually a bad virtue to have, it's the reasons behind, why someone becomes jealous is the thing that makes it a right or wrong virtue. So for example a husband and wife have made a vow to love each other and no other until death do them part... Now, if one should fall in love with another, then the other is absolutely justified in their jealousy of this action, this is called righteous jealously and it is motivated by love. As they have given them their word to always love them and never forsake them, which they now have broken. This hurts the person who has been betrayed, as they have been loving and loyal, forgiving and caring and it is all thrown back at them. Now, if one is jealous of something that is not theirs and belongs to another then, this is wrong but this is not the kind of jealously God displays. It is the first example I gave, the husband and wife. Another example would be, if you spend your life raising your children, loving, nurturing and supporting them and then they suddenly turn around and call another mom or Dad, now that would be hurtful and would make the parent experience righteous jealously, as their love has been rejected and betrayed, your own child, whom you love, whom you gave life to just turns on you and abandons you. This is how God feels towards us, He gave us life, His love, and kindness, His joy and peace, He has always been there for us, even when we went wrong, He didn't turn his back on us and leave us to perish, He came to save us and still people refuse His love and a relationship with Him, this is hurtful and will cause righteous jealousy... which is perfectly justified response to betrayal, just as with the parents and the husband or wife. They insecure remark.. doesn't really make sense from a Christian perspective, because worshiping God doesn't do anything for Him! It doesn't make Him more powerful just as cursing Him doesn't weaken Him, worship is not for His sake, not at all. As I said, He gains nor loses nothing, It is for OUR sakes, worship simply means, what we consider most worthy of our time and interest, now we all worship something for some, it is money or sex or sports, celebrities the list is endless but the initial thrill of all these things wear off eventually and leave us empty. And none bring us true fulfilment, joy or peace not the kind that we were created for anyway they are a step down from what is available to us... It's like a gas car trying to run on a different fuel, it doesn't get far before, it completely breaks down and we have total engine failure, well we were made to "run" off God...He is our "fuel" if you like, and so we only run to our full potential, when powered by Him, and nothing else will do for the long-term or we will breakdown and have failure too.

Nimrod IS NOTHING UPON ANYTHING Gilgamesh those who started that view in 1800s to 1900 were people who had Bible premises and false views. And then they still didn't know about how the Bible is wrong and how outside sources that are sacred and real have way over refuted as well as corrected and showed basis for bible as well as show against it Etc you'll get mess was never a rebel he acted like a tyrant ish for a short time in his own City but that's it but he quickly repents of that and becomes a better King and even then there's nothing alike. There were lots of Mesopotamian Kings Babylonian not and others for outside of Babylon like Gilgamesh and other ones who acted rebellious or tyrannical at times but nothing like the fictional Jewish guy Nimrod who is more of a Babylonian corrupt Offspring just cuz the Hebrews themselves are from Babylon Nimrod pretty much parallels that of Nebuchadnezzar nothing no one else people tried to claim he's like Sargon but even that's worse because even Sargon is more terrifying than nimrod and same with Naramsin and others. Nimrod is not like marduk the god either or even like ninurta even though the relations are more claimed that Nimrod is really more a related or Corruption of the God Ninurta with a more human-esque way instead of his Godness a Hebrew attack but even there is problems there it's more possible but we do know he's nothing like Marduk nothing upon nothing like him. Nimrod is guy based off the jews themselves in Babylon and judea and Kong Nebuchadnezzar since Nimrod is a Jewish guy like the other figures of Genesis early on in it later as well as the other ones. And we can see the Nimrod Bakery that's coming from Nebuchadnezzar just like he since his Jew and where he know that he's Faker he's fictionalness but he's also his fictional structure like Abraham and Terah his buddies are pretty parallel and Corruptions of Nebuchadnezzar. Then we're at the Rose Abraham into a fire which is pretty much parallel and pretty much like genesis a spun off copy of Nebuchadnezzar throwing Daniel's friends into a fire he rules babel just like Nebuchadnezzar rules babel. Memorize a tyrant just like Nebuchadnezzar is a tyrant nimra tries to have a kingdom kind of almost bigish just like Nebuchadnezzar as a kingdom in the cities that he has in Genesis 10 are pretty much Nebuchadnezzar's kingdoms. And we can we can see some of the word Corruptions and usages we we see in Genesis they're coming from Babylonian animals from the time of Nebuchadnezzar before and after as well but really during Nebuchadnezzar's time and after. Nimrod is guy figure whom like Abraham and terah and ham and others the jews aka hebrews invented as a rebellion against their neighbors they invented their own religion and fiction mythology is a way to cope with the world around them but in a isolated vacuum yes it was a vacuum they took pieces outside of their vacuum but they still made a vacuum out of it these stuff we have the stuff in fictional figures and pieces they have a peep raise them Bible or really he Praise Him is just Hebrew mythology invented in a rebelling against other religious texts and other people are really just other things there is some Rebellion but it also is a lot of contradictions people want to believe it's same but it's not it's very different but it's also very much a Corruption of stuff they have before I'm they're different in Superior and better but also other things that are also contradictory as well we know Genesis 1 corrupts Babylonian Tales of Marduk and his creation of the world instead it has Yahweh creating the world instead of Marduk we know the flood of Noah and Adam eve fairytale are Corruption of Gilgamesh because Gilgamesh has both the Adam and Eve asked story as well as the Noah flood but really it's original it's a better flood and original that vanilla flood crops and comes off from just like Adam and Eve story of the Garden of Eden as well as a Wandering like Cain and Abel seem to be Corruptions if not clearly Corruptions of a late Gilgamesh story which they are.
