@@vh2205 no, I do cardio or HIIT first, then I do this workout and standing inner thigh workout (8 min edition). Be patient, and keep pushing, you will see results. And don't forget to eat. I am not on a strict diet, I control my portions, and also on weekends I drink beer and eat fast food. Take care and love yourself💜

I will try this for two weeks ;) Left: 47.6 cm Right: 47.9 cm Day 1: ✔️ Day 2: ✔️ Day 3:✔️ Day 4:✔️ Day 5:✔️ Day 6:✔️ Day 7: ✔️ Week one: Right: 46.5 Left: 46.0 Day 8: ✔️ Day 9: ✔️ Day 10:✔️ Day 11:✔️ Day 12:✔️ Day 13:✔️ Day 14:✔️ Let’s see Well I don’t see any difference but now my legs are Right: 46.3 and Left: 45.9. I also went to an appointment with my nutritionist and he told me that I lost 2% of fat in my legs, so I’m happy with that. I’ll keep doing this for a while.

Yeah so I've been doing this workout and I'd like to update about my results. Right thigh 58 cm Left thigh 58 cm Day 1 (11th june) ✔ Day 2 (12th june) ✔ Day 3 (13th june)✔ Day 4 (14th june) skipped :( Day 5 (15th june) ✔ Day 6 (16th june) skipped but i did another short workout. Day 7(17th june) ✔ Day 8 (18th june) ✔ Day 9 (19th june) ✔ Day 10 (20th june) ✔ Day 11(21st June) ✔ Day 12 (22nd June) ✔ Day 13 (23rd June) ✔ Day 14(24th June) ✔ Update: so i lost another 2 cm from my right thighs and 1 cm from my left thighs. I'm really happy with my results. Final Measurements: Right: 54 cm Left: 57 cm

It will be better to do a workout with rock music I think. Maybe Black Veil Brides, Palaye Royale, My Chemical Romance, Fit For Rivals, Linkin Park, Oomph!, Papa Roach, Avril Lavigne, the Pretty Reckless, Король и Шут, Гражданская оборона(Siberian punk), they have some songs that suit for working out but not everyone will like it or understand.

You won't get bulky because you probably don't eat enough protein for that. Honestly, it's hard for body builders to even get bulky, that's why it's a lifestyle. Trust me, a workout isn't going to make you bulky unless there's a ton of weight lol

That's how I feel, too. every. single. day. It's extremely tiring because I become the worst version of myself when I can't train. The tip from a friend of mine is not to let the whole day go and wait to get the urge to exercise, it happens when it happens. Remember if you really want something, you can do anything! Don't forget, it was we humans who built the pyramids! :)

Excersing is OK but make sure you don't develop an ossession because that's a problem and believe me it's not a good thing!

I know it's really tough to make a commitment , but I'm doing it fr... Day 1 DONE I was out in my garden, sun-bathing then I find this exercise! This made me even Happier. Break 2 DONE Break 3 DONE I Basked in the Sun Today Again,,, I actually see a thigh gap today🤯 4 done Break 5 done Break 6 done Break I'm going to stop eating SNACKS!!;) Had Pizza for the LAST TIME TODAY…🥀 This means ABSOLUTELY NO Doritos , Nutella , cake , coke , ice cream , chocolate , biscuits etc. 7 done Break Day 8 I forced myself!!! It was so tough Break Day 9 : done✨ My legs are slimmer & it's noticable as well:) Break 10 done, had ice cream Break Day 11 Break Day 12 my cellulite is surrendering Day 13 My legs are getting slimmer & the thigh gap is more noticeable. I want a thigh gap so I can wear short skirts better
